North of Vaucluse, located among the vineyards of the Côtes du Rhône, between Sablet and Violès, you will love this beautiful country house which combines authenticity with a very stylish interior. The region is a wine lovers' paradise. Between Gigondas, Vacqueyras and Chateauneuf-du-Pape, the region boasts about fifty cellars. Nature lovers will go for hikes or bike rides in the small Massif des Dentelles de Montmirail, clearly visible from the house. Vaison-la-Romaine is 10 miles away, Orange and its ancient theatre 11 miles away, Avignon 23 miles away and the summit of Mont Ventoux 28 miles away. A splendid region to visit from April to October

INSIDE
A large entrance hall leads, to the right, to a series of linked rooms with an open kitchen, complete with a bar and dining area, followed by a magnificent dining room and a comfortable air-conditioned lounge with large flat screen TV and a decorative fireplace. All the linked rooms have French doors facing south, opening onto the patio and garden. To the left, a corridor leads to a room with 2 single beds, a second bedroom with a double bed, both equipped with beautiful wardrobes. In the corridor, a bathroom with a tub and shower and a separate toilet are available for your use.
From the hall pretty stairs give acces to the landing of the first level. A flloor distributes on the left a bedroom featured with a king size bed and, on the right a bathroom with a modern style bath tub and a separate WC.

In the hall, a beautiful staircase leads to the first floor. A hallway leads, to the left, to a room with a king-size bed and a bedroom with a double bed. To the right, a bathroom with a very stylish bathtub and a separate toilet complete the layout.

OUTSIDE
At the end of a road that coils through the vineyards, you will find this beautiful typical Provençal mas, partially enclosed within recently renovated walls. The property includes 15 acres of vineyard . The electric gate opens onto a 3-space parking area and a landscaped garden with a gravel path for playing petanque and a children's slide. In front of the mas, a majestic plane tree shades a wide patio complete with a pergola, a table and chairs and an outdoor grill. Close by, the lounge area is shaded by a pergola too. Facing the large swimming pool, secured by a security cover ,a 700-square-feet patio provides loungers from where you can admire the view of the property's vineyards and of the Dentelles de Montmirail.
