Welcome to our oasis of tranquility in Cala Caterina, an exclusive corner of Villasimius where wind-sculpted rocks meet a beach of the finest sand, reflected in crystal-clear waters.
Once you step through the gate, you’ll be greeted by a well-tended garden and a lush lawn leading to the patio. Here, a comfortable sofa and a large table invite you to enjoy convivial moments and more intimate breaks: leisurely breakfasts, dinners under the stars, afternoons spent playing, reading, and simply relaxing.
Upon entering the house, you’ll be struck by an elegant living room, enhanced by a central fireplace that harmoniously separates the dining area from the relaxation corner. Every detail has been chosen to envelop you in a refined atmosphere: handcrafted objects, authentic decorations, and accessories lovingly made by hand.
Much of the furniture consists of repurposed pieces, carefully selected and restored, because we wanted to offer you a beautiful, sustainable home full of personality.
Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the outdoors, designed to create a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces.
The two master bedrooms are adorned with hand-painted corals by the talented artist Barbara Agus—poetic references to the seabed of Villasimius that give the rooms a truly unique atmosphere.
