Villa Bellavista has a dominant position overlooking the sea a few kilometres from Villasimius, a renowned tourist resort on the southeast coast of Sardinia. The property, endowed with all comforts and absolute privacy, has a private entrance and swimming pool and is spread over two levels for about 200 square metres.

On the ground floor, there is a large living area, an equipped kitchen and a dining area overlooking a porch with outdoor furniture, the ideal place for al fresco lunches/dinners and sunset aperitifs. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with shower and a laundry area.

The first floor is dedicated entirely to the sleeping area with four double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. The rooms overlook a terrace overlooking the swimming pool and from which it is possible to admire the greenery of the property and the sea on the horizon.

The Villa, whose furnishings are meticulously designed down to the smallest detail, has a garden surrounded by nature, a solarium equipped with sun loungers and a functional barbecue area.

Arriving in Villasimius, it is necessary to drive about 4.5 km of unpaved road to reach the Villa. Please note that the use of a car is essential and a car with a good ground clearance is recommended.

Our properties are not hotels and do not have a reception desk active 24/7. However, we truly value the opportunity to welcome you in person, as we believe every stay begins with a warm smile and a handshake. For this reason, check-in takes place in person between 4:00pm and 9:00pm.

Knowing your arrival time in advance allows us to organize everything smoothly. Since we manage multiple properties, any delay may cause other Guests to wait. Punctuality is a simple yet meaningful gesture that allows us to offer every Guest a warm and timely welcome.

Please notify our Booking Office of your flight or ferry arrival time at least 72 hours in advance via message or email, so we can schedule an appointment for key handover with a Sardinia Chic team member.

For evening arrivals, a supplement of € 100.00 applies for check-in after 9pm. All requests for late check-in must be confirmed by our team.

The Contract

Upon arrival, you will be asked to sign the rental contract, required by law, for short-term tourist stays.

Deposit

The refundable deposit of € 800,00 should be paid by credit card at check-in. It is fully refundable at check-out unless damage is caused to the House.

The Tourist Tax

The tourist tax, excluded from the total stay, is applied in accordance with municipal regulations where applicable. Please note that the Municipality of Villasimius requires the payment of a tourist tax to be paid on site. From 1st March to 31st October, € 1,00 (One/00) per person for every night (10 years are excluded). The local council tax has to be settled directly by the Guest to the Property Manager Agency, and must be paid in cash during check-in operations.

**Pets weighing under 10 kg are allowed in this property at no additional charge, excluding breeds considered dangerous. The presence of a pet must be declared at the time of booking, specifying its weight and breed. This information is a mandatory condition for acceptance.

LOCATION

Villasimìus, Crabonaxa in the Sardinian language, is the quintessential vacation spot on the south-eastern coast of Sardinia, where crystal-clear sea, white beaches, clean life and good food are the backdrop for many tourists' holidays.

Villasimius is considered the pearl of the south east of our island, its coast is formed by a crown of beaches, interspersed with small cliffs and the promontory of Capo Carbonara. The most famous beaches of the coast are Porto Sa Ruxi, Campus, Campulongu, Porto Giunco, Punta Molentis, Simius, Spiaggia del Riso and the beach of Timi Ama.

In the very well served town, there are numerous supermarkets, local markets, artisan shops, shops, restaurants, bars, pizzerias, but also banks, post offices, petrol stations, emergency medical services, etc.
