This quiet community on the Delaware Bay has been compared to Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket, with its rustic, natural beaches and tranquil sand dunes. The best kept secret at the New Jersey shore, this completely remodeled home in 2023 is about a 5-10 minute walk to the bay, but we recommend you drive, so you don't have to carry all your gear, and for bathroom and beverage runs. Parking is ample, and never a problem. The soft sand and secluded beaches boast the most magnificent sunsets in the area. Our unspoiled beach compliments the nature lover, and with the subtle waves of the Delaware bay, it is the perfect beach for families with small children. Just a bike ride away from the Cox Hall Creek Nature preserve or the Cape May-Lewes Ferry, there is plenty to enjoy at this comfortable home.

Three bedrooms, two baths, sleeps eight, (five adults and 3 kids, two queens, one twin over full bunk bed and a futon) with a primary suite with a private bath. TV with cable in the open concept living area, fully appointed brand new eat-in kitchen, deck with table and umbrella, screened-in covered porch with outdoor seating area. Bikes and helmets, beach chairs and beach umbrella, beach toys, propane gas grill, off-street parking for 3-4 cars, ceiling fans and tvs in all rooms, washer, dryer, dishwasher, unlimited Wifi included. Netflix available at no charge. Ten minute car ride from the bustling activities and fun of historic Cape May and fifteen minutes from the excitement-filled boardwalk in Wildwood. Sheets and towels not provided. Saturday to Saturday rentals from mid June to mid September (with some exceptions), occasional 3-4 night stays. This property and the surrounding area must be seen to be appreciated, come experience the natural beauty that abounds!!

Great shore house!

I spent every summer at my great grandmother's house a few streets up from this house. We chose this house based on the location and because it had two full baths. Upon arrival we were totally impressed with how clean and open the floor plan was. We loved the laundry being in the kitchen! The entire house and bedrooms were beautifully decorated. We LOVE this house!!! It is in the perfect location, convient to coffee shops, restaurants, the bayfront, and shopping in Cape May. To top off all this awesomeness, Kathleen and Joe were exceptional hosts. They answered our questions and were so nice and easy to talk to. Thank you Kathleen and Joe! We cannot wait to come back for our next visit! If you're planning a trip to Cape May, we HIGHLY recommend staying at Warick by the Waves!!!

Excellent house

The house is on the bay side of Cape May with beautiful sunsets at the beach. It's about 8 minute walk which makes it an excellent location. Everything you may need you'll find at the house. Make sure you read the house rules before booking/arriving to make sure you have everything you need. The owners were very helpful throughout the booking process and during our stay.

Fantastic

Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at the property. The house was very clean and well maintained, and it was stocked with pretty much everything you needed to make it a home away from home! Check in and check out were simple. Briefly exchanged texts with the owners, who were very gracious. Hope to stay again soon!

The property was very nice. Nice screened in porch so being outside was nice even when the weather wasn’t. Also nice with no mosquitos. Very clean inside and very spacious. We had 4 adults and two kids and plenty of space and privacy. Walkable to beach was nice. Highly recommend.

Villas beautiful home

Very comfortable, my wife loved the mattress climate well controlled on very hot days, bikes umbrellas, cooler, were great to have available very clean and relaxing decor perfect for a beach stay, washer and dryer and nice outdoor shower, highly recommend.

Weekend Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was very clean and the owners were very responsive to any questions we had. The outdoor deck and screened in porch were great additions to the recently updated home. The walk to the bay beach was a little father than we expected when booking but still was an easy walk. Overall we had a great stay!

Perfect! Content warning for the review: definitely on the emotional side, but very relevant.

Awesome communication, caring property managers, superior cleanliness - all those boxes easily checked! This property is exactly as described and wonderfully depicted in photos- the accuracy was the catalyst in creating the happiest day of my life. Backstory: my husband and I planned a beach wedding ceremony on 8/30 (w/ 6 week notice) so availability was already limited. I desperately wanted my WV family to attend but had to be extremely tedious. My brother (J) became partially paralyzed after a horrible motorcycle accident on 8/28/22 (almost 1 year to the day of our ceremony) so booking something friendly for mobility aids would at least give him the option to attend. I scoured countless postings trying to find something at least semi-wheelchair friendly, with minimal (or no) stairs, accessible shower, space to maneuver through the main living areas, etc. (Note: I’m NOT claiming, *nor does the listing state* this property is wheelchair accessible by regulation standards) But this place felt right so I booked it & sent it to my mom with potential workarounds if needed. J immediately loved the property & agreed to make it happen. 😭 J and our younger sister escorted me down the aisle. The meaningfulness is indescribable because we tragically lost our oldest brother 02/2021. I had a small vile of his ashes made into my bouquet. Being together, basking in genuine happiness & celebrating love- all made possible because of a last-minute, perfect VRBO booking.

Lovely Home for the Week

The home is centrally located to Cape May and Wildwood, which was nice, so time was spent at both places. The house had everything needed to make our stay comfortable. There is a nice screen in porch and a little fire pit outside to roast marshmallows. We had some meals at the house and there were several restaurants nearby. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had and a good time was had by all!
