Located in the heart of Alta Gallura, in the area of Calangianus, on the border between Berchidda and Telti, this 130 sqm villa can accommodate up to 6 people and features 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, lounge, and a ground floor bathroom. A beautiful terrace allows you to spend pleasant evenings under the moonlight.



At your disposal: Wi-Fi, smart TV, washing machine, and a baby cot. The villa offers panoramic views of Monte Limbara (1300 m), easily reachable by car, bicycle or on foot, and a view of the oak, strawberry tree, and juniper forest of the Alcumissu property.



Outside, you can relax on the private terraces, both covered and uncovered, and enjoy the surrounding environment. The outdoor pool and shower provide refreshment during the hottest days.



Parking includes shared spaces inside the property. During your stay, you can access the forest for moments of relaxation and meditation among the beautiful granite rocks, and use games and books for children. Events are allowed only with prior authorization from the owners. Smoking is prohibited inside the villa and throughout the property. A gas barbecue is available for you.



Upon request, yoga classes, excursions, and diving trips to the islands of Tavolara and Asinara (about 120 km away) are available for an extra fee.
