"At the last moment, expedia changed changed this accommodation. Which was the worst room i have ever stayed in my lyf. Room had some stinky smell. Hard bed. Stains on the bedsheet, towel. Disgusting but had no choice. So stayed. Really disappointed with the trip because of the room"

"Very relaxing and beautiful scenery. The rooms are very modern and clean. There was a total of 7 rooms on board, so it was good to mix and chat to the other guests. The crew on the houseboat were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Always willing and happy to help. Food was excellent, but keep in mind there is no alcohol, as seems to be case everywhere in Kerala. We will happily come back again."

"We booked a pool villa which was spacious and allowed for an extra bed and selerate room for our teenage son. The villa was clean with good amenities, the pool was nice for cooling off when the main pool was busier but was a little small. The main pool area was lovely and warm with view of the lake and much needed lake breeze. There isn't much in walking distance but the main attraction is the lake and views. "Bathrooms were very basic. Shower didn't work. No toilet paper. No wi-fi, though Hotels.com said there was free wi-fi. Bed sheets were dirty. Cook was rude. The sriver was nice and friendly "
