The facility was old, but the room was clean enough for the price. However, I found fast food left in the refrigerator and pajama pants left in a drawer. Management said that they did not have staff available to keep everything clean. In walking to the room, I noticed anther room with blinds open all night with the light on, and the bed unmade. Someone had possibly checked out, and during my stay, you could tell that the room had not been cleaned in over 24 hours- of some one checking out. The pool advertised was drained and dirty. the breakfast listed was not available due to lack of staff. The area made me feel unsafe as a female traveling alone. Lot's of transient people walking along the street. I got disturbed at 3am by a man of color knocking on my door, until I looked at the window. I was not going to even crack the door open-even a tiny bit!. He immediately profusely started to apologize when he could see that someone else was occupying the room. Perhaps it was his food in the refrigerator and pants in the drawer.

We canceled the booking at arrival. The pool was defect, no breakfast served (even though written in the booking description) and no discount. So the hotel offered to refund the booking

When i checked in and got my room key to find out that i was given the wrong room and on the side of the property that was in bad shape. The room was dirty the bath tub had trash in it which says too me it wasnt cleaned. The lights to the sink didnt work. Air conditioner barely worked. The door you could just push to open. When i want to book a room i look for 2 things: #1 POOL #2 FREE BREAKFAST. This motel doesnt have any. No ice machine wires are exposed. Phone lines dont work either. But the young man working the front desk was sort of friendly. Told him about the condition of my room but did nothing to fix it. When i open the refrigerator the t.v. turns off and then for a peroid of time there was no t.v.

But the motel that he is given to manage is a pile of c*** TV doesn't work, pool doesn't work, washiefand dryer don't work, ice machine doesn't work, no phones in the room, room dirty, eviction notices placed by the city and county on motel doors, Air conditioner was filthy, would you like me to keep adding to the list question mark

Terrible… just terrible. But that’s my fault… I look for the cheapest motel in Barstow and this was it. You get what you pay for.

The whole week that I stayed here not one time did they ever clean my room, the continental breakfast, is just cereal. Unlike the pictures there’s no sausage or eggs. The carpet was dirty. Makes sure to wear sandals.

This place needs to be shut down. Its uninhabitable. Rooms are filthy, TVs dont work, ice machines broken, pool unusable.... disgusting place.

DISAPPOINTED GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I called way before trying to see what type of breakfast they had & if you look at the pictures from the website and then my pictures. I was highly upset and disappointed. $80 is not worth stay here maybe $35/$45 The 1st room I had it was a big roach in the shower, and the tv didn’t work, they did give me another room right away. It was about 5 cars parked so it was empty and I see why. My hygiene products was already used. Very ghetto and NOT healthy for me or my kids. I asked for two extra face towels and they gave me two hand towels. I had to go to the office multiply times and I was already exhausted being pregnant with 3 toddlers going up and down the stairs. The office never open you had to speak to them throw the glass. And they never answer the phone. Breakfast was the biggest joke ever. They had low cereal and no milk. When I seen the picture pictures it showed waffles and eggs and fruits. I had called that morning about breakfast and was told to get a voucher but when I went to the office the guy said breakfast opens at 7 and if you see my pictures smh.
