HOSTING: This accommodation is advertised by Victoria Prime and hosted by the owner.

BEFORE BOOKING: Please send a short message introducing yourself and the the purpose of your stay. As this suite is best suited for quiet mid-term stays, we may ask for additional details such as employment, school placement, or references before confirming the reservation.

CHECK-IN: You will receive important check-in information from the host upon making the reservation. Check-in is as from 4pm P.S.T. Occasionally, the host may be able to accommodate an early check-in request but this is not guaranteed.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Upon check-out and to assist our cleaners, guests are kindly asked if they would put the towels in the washer and turn on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit.

GUEST ACCESS: You will have the entire suite to yourself throughout your stay. Please make yourself at home!

PARKING: Parking is located at the back/right side of the driveway. Guests access the suite by walking around the neighbouring building to the clearly marked side gate and basement suite entrance.

BICYCLE STORAGE: No bike storage is provided with this rental.

NON-SMOKING: This suite is NON-SMOKING. Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance.

QUIET HOURS: From 10pm to 8am. Please respect the quiet hours.

MINIMUM AGE to rent is 25.

CHANGES TO ACCOMMODATION: No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by the host.
