Modern 1-bedroom self contained suite w/ Full Kitchen and Air Conditioning

Ground level 1-bedroom private guest suite. Located in a quiet neighborhood on a private street. Offers a full kitchen with dishwasher, 4-piece bathroom with washer and dryer, queen size bed, and a queen size sofa bed. 25 minutes from downtown Victoria, minutes from Westshore town center, beaches, parks, and walking trails. Perfect for the professional, couples, or travelers looking to experience everything the greater Victoria, Cowichan, and Sooke areas have to offer.

This modern, bright, cozy suite is in an executive home with a private entrance and secure self check-in lockbox. Although slightly smaller, upon entering, you will be greeted with an open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. To your left is a large full-bathroom, including both a washer and dryer, and all the essential bathroom amenities. The spacious bedroom holds a queen size bed, and a large closet with plenty of storage space. The kitchen offers full-size appliances including fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, with all the essential cooking equipment, small appliances, including kettle and drip coffee maker. The main living area features a 3 seat bar height table for eating or working on, with built-in USB ports for easy phone charging. The living room is tastefully decorated and includes a queen size sofa bed and a 55in Smart TV; just in case you want to cozy up and stream a show. Additionally, there is also a shared backyard patio space, which guests are happy to enjoy. The space includes a 4 person dining set with umbrella, a propane BBQ, and even an in-ground basketball hoop. This space is shared with the host family, but is meant for everyone to enjoy!

Nestled in the quiet seaside community of Royal Bay, this suite is just minutes from the ocean, beaches, Red Barn Market, the new Quality Foods at Royal Bay, and Royal Bay bakery. If you feel like exploring the area, the new Malahat Skywalk, Sooke, and Shawnigan Lake are all within an hour. The suite is 25 minutes to downtown Victoria, 30 minutes to UVic and Camosun College Lansdown, and 20 minutes to Camosun College Interurban, which makes this suite perfect for both students and business professionals alike.

Lovely stay for RRU convocation

Great little spot to stay near campus for my convocation ceremony at RRU. Very clean, well labelled suite. Quick walk to trails for an amazing viewpoint.

Great Space, Great Hosts

We loved our stay with Melissa and Nyle. They were responsive, hospitable, friendly, and gracious. The space was great, and our 11-year-old loved the small basketball court. The kitchen has a lot of great tools, though we didn't cook there ourselves. If we came to Victoria again, we'd love to return.

Everything we needed

My daughter and I stayed here for her swim meet at Saanich Commenwealth Place. It was everything we needed. Full kitchen and laundry and a separate bedroom for her and sofa bed in the main room for me. The unit is fully self contained from the main house, no shared entrance or doors leading to the main house. It is in a nice quiet area of modern construction. Also everything is above ground so there it doesn't feel like you are on the bottom floor. Everything is new and clean. The ultimate test is whether I would stay here again and whether I would recommend it to others. I absolutely would.

Go to the Malahat Skywalk when you stay at this nice suite

Very clean! Nice decor. Well equipped kitchen and laundry. The drive to water is very short but please know you cannot see the water from the lower unit at all. The malahat skywalk is EXCELLENT

A perfect stay!

The owners have made sure that all is in place to make their guests' stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment was exceptionally clean, very quiet and had many touches that made you feel at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay and hope to be back soon.

An all-around WONDERFUL property and location!

We had an amazing time visiting from the US for sight-seeing and adventuring with this property as our home base. Instructions for everything from parking, access, and expectations to lovely guides for resources nearby and recommendations for beaches, activities, and recreation were excellent. The location made it easy and convenient to get to all our destinations. It offered clean, comfortable accommodations, all of the expected amenities with some thoughtful touches, and was a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Communication with the host was easy and very responsive. We were a family of 3 and with the pull out couch we were cozy but comfortable at the end of our busy days. Thrilled to have found this property as it added to our memorable visit- we can’t wait to come back to the area!

Well located whether staying for business or as a tourist

We had appointments in the area. Once those were done, we visited Esquimalt Lagoon for the first time. We spent hours walking the full length (and back) beachside and lagoon side. Lots of interesting sculptures & plants with stunning scenery all around. It was marvelous and so close by. There was a lot more to see, but we had to head home. Til next time.

Super Sauber und schicke Suite

Die Suite ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet und super sauber. Die Kommunikation trotz kurzfristiger Buchung absolut top. Das Bett ist bequem, die Küche gut eingerichtet. Das Haus liegt in einer neuen gepflegten Wohngegend auf einer Anhöhe.

A beautiful suite equiped with everything you need to make your stay perfect! Fabulous hosts with an eye for detail and comfort. Location is just minutes from the ocean, restaurants and shopping. We will definitely return when we can!
