Comfortable Stay

Well equipped kitchen, great bathroom and wonderful bed. It was location that had us choose this location and it worked well. Close to Mall and not far from downtown

Great location, great space, loved having a full kitchen. Only downside is you can definitely hear other people moving about in the house. Otherwise clean and perfect spot to stay.

I showed up on the day I was supposed to at 6pm and the host "no-showed". I didn't have a key or code to get in. I had to call VRBO and was on the phone for two hours with no success at all. I told them to cancel it and give me a refund. Long story short is that this was a nightmare. I had to stay at some dump downtown for two nights while I found another place to stay for the next 3 days and 4 nights. The host contacted me the next day like nothing had happened and then apologized. It's 5 days later and I am still waiting to get my refund; hopefully it gets processed soon. I understand people make mistakes, but we are literally talking about someone who travelled for 6 hours and then had no place to stay.

Clean and safe

This property was fairly basic, but clean and comfortable. It was located about an 8 minute walk to a bus going straight downtown, and about the same distance to a mall that included a grocery store. You can hear the neighbours a little bit, but overall, a nice place.

As fotos correspondem ao local. Muito limpo. Rua tranquila. Cama macia. Roupa de cama e banho bons. Banheiro privativo grande e limpo com secador de cabelos. Cozinha bem equipada. Bairro residencial perto de supermercados. Longe do centro turistico de Victoria.

Great location for Victoria visit

We were visiting family in Victoria and this was a convenient landing pad during our stay. Easy access, good instructions, dining area and key kitchen needs. Parking was right in front and easy distance to shopping, bus route or downtown. Host was prompt to respond and answered any questions. Recommend.

It was a lovely spot and easy access to the bus which takes you right downtown. The place is small but perfect for just two and the kitchen was well stocked.

This suite was perfect for our adult children to stay when they visited for a family reunion. Not much time was spent at the property but it was a safe place to land in the evenings for a good night sleep.

Great Location in Greater Victoria Area

My daughter just finished her program at Univ of Victoria and I needed a place to stay for 5 nights while packing her up to move back to the States. The location is perfect, 15 mins in any direction gets you to UVic, downtown, Costco, most everywhere you’d like to be. The unit was a perfect size for 2 of us and the kitchen had everything we needed. The mattress appeared brand new, which also made it very firm. I didn’t sleep well as plush mattresses are my personal preference. Bathroom was spacious, shower size just right. I work remote and had to keep tabs on projects, the WiFi was actually faster than at home - bonus! I’d give it a 4.5 review if that was an option (only because of the firm bed), but I’ll go for the full 5 because of location, overall comfort, and interaction with the host, Heidy. I’d stay here again. :-)
