    La cubierta tiene fantásticas vistas de las colinas y un gran escenario al aire libre para sentarse afuera y ver pasar el mundo o ver a los niños andar en patineta o andar en bicicleta en la tranquila calle de abajo. La cubierta tiene una gran barbacoa de gas con capucha para la mañana temprano freír o barbacoa almuerzo o cena.

The house suited our group really well for the activities we planned. The kitchen was fairly well set up for cooking for 12 people. We enjoyed the view from the balcony and had fun with table tennis.

Great Spot

The beach house was incredible, with the view of the mountains on the deck and only a couple streets away from the beach. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, with plenty of amenities available on the property.

AMAZING TIME

Wow wow wow - what a great place - our friends & family loved being able to spend (& unwind & laugh) together during the Easter break - loads of room for everyone - local to shops & close by to Victor Harbour - we had everything we needed supplied by the home - communication was great with host thank you Barrie - your home is lovely -

Beautiful stay in a great location

This property has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. It is comfortable and very spacious. The location is perfect, and the street very quiet.We could not recommend it higher. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful as always

We returned after loving a previous stay. There is so much room for our families and the house has everything we need. Super close to everything and a lovely view from the balcony. We will be back!

Lovely house for our weekend away

The house was set up really well for our group. We especially appreciated having plenty of single beds since we're a group of single young adults :) The kitchen was set up well for our needs and we enjoyed eating on the balcony.

Great stay

We had a lovely time at 25 Albatross Avenue. Perfect place for a family with split levels allowing separate time for parents and children. Thanks Barrie.

Great house for families and friends

We are 2 families who holiday together each year. This house was perfect for us. The layout was great, the house was well appointed and clean. We have rebooked for 2026

Everything was perfect for a long weekend away with friends, the house was well equipped, comfortable and really close to the beach. Barrie was very flexible with our booking and quick to respond. Thank you!

Property was well situated, had enough space for us all, the BBQ was really dirty and we had to scrub it to be able to use it. Everything else was good.

Very Enjoyable

Neat clean had everything we needed close to 2 main tourist spots Goolwa & Victor Harbour as well as Pt Elliot. So many games available for kids to play with. They had so much fun playing table tennis.

Great family holiday

What a lovely place to take a large family, or two families! Our two families found it very easy to stay here with the bedroom configuration - one queen bed next door to the bunk beds in both the downstairs and upstairs, and a bathroom alongside each. The table tennis and toys meant that the kids had heaps to do, and the kitchen was one of the best I have used in a holiday home. It has everything you need! The neighbourhood is lovely and we enjoyed the view of the hills from the balcony. We would definitely return. Thanks Barrie :)

Chiton Beachhouse Stay

Really nice house with plenty of space for everyone, good kitchen and upstairs loving room combination which was a good space for everyone to hang out, as well as the balcony. good location also, close to all the good shops and beaches
