Well-located near Positano, one of the most sought-after locations on the Amalfi coast, Villa Lino is a charming villa with a private swimming pool, terraces, and stunning sea views. Comprising several units, this villa is well-suited for families or groups of friends, ensuring that each unit offers privacy from the rest of the group.

It is conveniently situated within 7 km of Positano’s beach and all the town’s amenities, including restaurants, shops, and transport links, and the villa provides easy access to the region’s popular attractions, including Praiano, Amalfi, Minori, and the historical wonders of Pompeii.

Villa Lino (310 sqm) consists of several units separated by stone paths.

Situated on the ground floor, the large, comfortable lounge offers ample seating with sofas, armchairs, a fireplace, and a table for seven. The pool area leads to a stunning first-floor veranda furnished with a dining table (seating ten people). From here, you can access an elegant, well-equipped kitchen boasting modern conveniences, small appliances, and a polished wood dining table.

The sleeping area comprises four bedrooms spread over several units.

Annex one (accessed from the first terrace) houses a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (with shower, washbasin, bidet, toilet, and hairdryer).

On the ground floor (accessed from the lounge), you will find the second bedroom with double bed and bunk bed for two people, with en-suite bathroom (with shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet) and on the upper floor (accessed from the ground floor by a staircase with 22 steps), the third bedroom (with a double bed and small double bed) with en-suite bathroom (with bath, double washbasin, bidet, and toilet).

Annex two (accessed from the pool area via 7 small steps) houses the fourth bedroom with double bed,, with en-suite bathroom (with shower, washbasin, bidet, and toilet), and a lounge area (with armchairs, table, and access to a private terrace).

Outside, you will find a large garden awash with vibrant flowers which features a swimming pool (6 x 10m; 1.5 m to 3m deep, open from 1 April to 31 October) and several terraces furnished with chairs and small tables. A first-floor terraces houses an outdoor dining area (with table for 10) and further outdoor facilities include a stone barbecue, a wood burning pizza oven and open-air parking for two cars (on site).
