If you are looking for a quiet holiday, authenticity, you love nature, wide open spaces, you appreciate local and generous products, Cantal is made for you!<br>Nestled in the heart of the volcanoes of Auvergne, we offer you this pretty house of 80m², classified 2*, to rent for your holidays in the countryside. <br>La Villa des Hirondelles is located in the town of Vic Sur Cère (15800), in the Cère valley in the heart of Cantal (Auvergne), 1 hour from the A75, exit Massiac or Saint-Flour, 15 km from Aurillac, 38 km from Salers and 45 km from Conques (most beautiful villages in France). The nearest airport is Aurillac - Tronquières Airport, 18 km from the accommodation. Vic sur Cère train station direct access to Lioran resort, Aurillac.<br><br>In this quiet and charming environment, you will find a first floor with a laundry area and WC, a separate fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable 40 m² living/dining room with 3-seater sofa and armchair overlooking a small garden of 200m². <br>Barbecue, garden furniture and deckchairs are at your disposal, for moments of relaxation with family or friends. <br>No internet box but accessible network<br><br>The first floor has 3 bedrooms: a bedroom with a 160cm bed with access to a balcony and an unobstructed view, ideal for pleasant breakfasts or simple reading times, a 2nd bedroom with a 140cm bed, a 3rd bedroom with a 90cm bed with dressing room and a bathroom with toilet. Baby equipment: high chair, bathtub with seat, cot, changing table.<br>Cleaning will be done by you before your departure (possible option not included in the reservation)<br>Bed linen and towels for stays of 7 nights or more are provided. Duvets and pillows provided. For stays of less than 7 nights see conditions with the owners for rental of sheets and towels.<br>Free parking is available nearby in front of the house or the train station parking lot. Arrival from 4 pm and departure 10 am <br><br>The house is close to all amenities for your shopping and leisure: local shops, country markets, direct sale of local products at the markets of Vic sur Cère and Polminhac. <br>You have the municipal swimming pool 10 minutes walk away as well as a large children's playground and a mini-golf course to satisfy young and old. A casino is nearby (5 min by car). <br><br>Nature lovers, you will have access to many hikes of all levels in the surrounding area. You can also take the train (2 minutes walk from the station) and go to the resort of Lioran (alpine ski slopes, ice rink, summer sledging, tree climbing, dog sledding, mountain bike rental, hiking trails). Cross-country ski trails are accessible from the beautiful village of Pailherols with discovery of the Cantal burons.<br><br>All these activities will allow you to discover the Plomb du Cantal, its summer pastures and its various surrounding Puys. <br><br>Vic sur Cère is a dynamic and welcoming town that will allow you to discover our beautiful Region with pleasure.<br><br>So don't hesitate, come and meet us!
