Located on the second floor, the apartment offers a lovely family base in the green belt between the sea and Lake Massaciuccoli, just minutes away from a wealth of beaches and hiking trails. The apartment features a private balcony running along the front, behind a wooden balustrade, with a dining table and lounger that seat the whole party for al-fresco dining. Inside, everything is light and easy-going, with a fully-equipped kitchenette with an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, and kettle, plus a Smart TV. A comfortable peninsula with 3 seats completes the kitchen-dining area, offering a practical space for breakfast and quick meals.
Air conditioning cools both rooms, a lift saves the stairs after a day at the beach, and a private parking space is yours for the stay. From the residence, you can pedal directly by bicycle into the green pinewood area belonging to the Migliarino, San Rossore, Massaciuccoli Regional Park and easily reach the beach.

The apartment is located inside a quiet 1960s residential complex, with private access to the sea (easily reached on foot or by bicycle), nestled in the greenery of a beautiful park close to the historic Villa Borbone. La Lecciona pizzeria is a 4-minute walk along the avenue, and the Conad City supermarket is a 4-minute drive. For the sea, the beach clubs of Marina di Torre del Lago, among them Bagno Elena, are 7 minutes by car, and Viareggio\'s free beach is 10 minutes away. Torre del Lago is Puccini country: the Villa Puccini Museum on the shore of Lake Massaciuccoli is an 11-minute drive, and the open-air Gran Teatro Giacomo Puccini, home of the summer Puccini Festival, is 13 minutes away. In the other direction, Viareggio\'s train station is 2 minutes by car and its seafront Passeggiata is 14 minutes. The town is famous for the Viareggio Carnival, one of Italy\'s best-known, when giant papier-mâché floats parade along the seafront each winter; the Cittadella del Carnevale, where the floats are built, is a 15-minute drive. Further afield, the Leaning Tower of Pisa is 31 minutes away and the walls of Lucca are 37 minutes. Pisa International Airport is a 29-minute drive.
