My stay was made even better by the wonderful and gracious owner, Loredana, who spoke perfect English and was always ready to help with any questions I had about sights and transportation. The location was great, just a few minutes to the heart of Catania with shops, restaurants and attractions. We enjoyed the street markets and street food. I would highly recommend staying here."

"The host was very helpful especially with check in instructions which was convenient. She also arranged parking nearby. Room was clean and nice and breakfast had a nice selection. Location was excellent for exploring catania. However, The air conditioner in our room did not work which meant no reprieve from the 90 degree weather and an uncomfortable nights sleep. Also, 1000 check out time is a bit early for a bed and breakfast- makes me feel rushed."

"We had a very pleasant stay at the Liberty Hotel. That said, the breakfast was uninspired for a hotel in this class and at this price point. Catania the city is the filthiest place we have ever visited, outside of India, but this is of course not fault of the hotel."
