Former tobacco dryer typical of the Dordogne, completely renovated and ideally located in the golden triangle of the Périgord Noir. This cottage has its private garden and its 10x4 heated swimming pool. It is located in our 3 ha estate "Les Temps des Sources" in the middle of nature and with our pond and its beach.
The 130 m2 cottage has 3 bedrooms with 160x200 beds. 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet. On the first floor there are toilets as well as a storeroom. Large living room with American kitchen.
The cottage has its private garden with its wooden terrace of 80 M2, its covered outdoor dining area of 20M2. and its private swimming pool.

The cottage is located on our 3 Ha estate where we live and offer guest rooms. The entire estate is accessible for you to relax and is shared with our guest house guests. The lake of our estate is also accessible from 10 am to 7 pm

The 10 meter x 4 meter swimming pool is heated from May 1st to September 1st
It can be used all the rest of the year for the less chilly.
