The staff was very friendly and helpful made sure my friend and I had everything we needed…room was clean and in good shape conveniently located to dining, gas stations and where I needed to be for the business I was I town for I’ll definitely stay there again

This was one of the worst places I've ever stayed. Old furniture that had to be covered. Very old and dated. Bed was OK. The TV was a nightmare to try and figure out. Curtains in room did not block out the nuclear bright lights on the walkway outside so I had to hang a plastic tarp to be able to sleep. The parking lot is a disaster with LARGE potholes and huge speed bumps everywhere. In its current condition they should be charging 1/3 of what the are. Beside these thing is was great!

My room had been redecorated and was clean. Property is quite old and it shows. Difficult to check in since there is no one on duty and the phone number to use had a full message box. Mgr did call me back based on the number of times I tried to reach him. My room key was under the door mat.

The purpose of our visit was to have a sleeping place for two nights while we visited family at the Lake. This motel served that purpose. The king bed was comfortable and the room clean. A new experience was that I had never before checked in or out of a motel without seeing someone at the office to provide a key and to complete paperwork. I did speak by phone to someone who gave me information. A nice feature is that next door is a restaurant which serves good food for reasonable prices. A few suggestions for the motel establishment which would make a more comfortable stay are: Put a strong blind on the windows so the light from the walkway will not shine into the eyes of those sleeping, and to provide some type of drinking containers and coffee for the coffeemaker which was provided. Also, make use of the local Gideons to provide free bibles to be placed in the rooms.

Underrated property with very comfy beds.

A no-frills rest area in Versailles, MO. Somewhat limited room numbers (expansion is on the way, along with presumed upgrades to everything) and sparse accommodations could force a traveler to overlook the most important aspect of the stay: a comfy bed. They have a lot of these. Think 'best sleep you've had in weeks' kinda vibe. At the time of my recent stay here I had been on the road for quite a bit and the bed comfort level exceeded that of some $150-$300 rooms I had stayed at for work. If you have business in Versailles or slightly North/East or West of town, feel free to avoid the resort trappings of the lake to get a power sleep in to move on to the rest of your week. If you're looking into additional accommodations outside of decent coffee/clean room/comfy bed you will need to stay outside of town.

No frills, hotel

This hotel is what I call a working mans hotel. Its clean-ish. They have updated the rooms and they are cleaner looking. Its a place with a table and chairs and basic kitchen. No frills. I wouldve appreciated no glitter left on the floor but im sure that stuff was hard to get out in the first place. It didnt seem like the floors were even mopped/swept because my youngest feet were black after walking around. However, did not appreciate finding eyelash extensions in my bedding. Im hoping the sheets were changed.

Ceiling above shower looked like large piece of it was gone, bathtub was nasty, looked like it had rustled under water spout and they tried to cover with paint but didn't work and floor of tub was dirty. Caulk on trim around bathtub looked smeared and nasty. Door on bathroom was so warped it wouldnt hardly close.

Exyremely Surprised

One night stay for a fishing trip...i do these on a low budget at dive motels..i was extremely surprised when i went to my room after checkin..it was neat and clean as any other upper end hotel...the beds and pillows were so comfortable i almost overslept lol...i will definately be making this my motel for future trips
