ENGLISH: Emma and Fabio are pleased to wellcome you in their new apartment in the heart of Verona city.
Located in the characteristic and quiet Filippini’s neighborhood, just 500 meters from Arena and 700 meters from the famous Giulietta’s house, Cà Monastero is the perfect flat, well-finished and soundless, for a relaxing and cultural holiday.
Located on the third and last floor of a 17th Century Monastery, it offers a unique, minimal and elegant space, where antique furniture is flanked by design objects, offering its guests all the necessary services to guarantee privacy, quiet and comfort: Jacuzzi hydromassage shower , Kitchen Aid domestic appliances, Lavazza espresso machine, 50 '' flat tv with Netflix account, Ferragamo courtesy set, washmachine and free Wi-Fi.
In a combination of history and iconic objects, Cà Monastero is divided into five bright rooms, for a total of five beds: large living room with sofa-bed and balcony, well equipped kitchen, double bedroom with spacious wardrobe and little terrace, bathroom with ancient windows and hydromassage shower, single bedroom with a desk.
In addition to a wellcome kit with wine and delights, guests of Cà Monastero will have towels and bed linen, guides for visiting the city in multiple languages and coffee for breakfast.
Guests can park at Centro Parking, only 600 meters from the flat, at a cost of 10 eur for 24 hours, easily accessible by motorway and main roads.

Fabio was responsive to any questions we had, which is reassuring. The apartment was very stylish, it offered some distance from the main piazza’s and the Arena but it was close enough for distance not to be a problem. The local restaurant, Trattoria Al Bersagliere was delightful and very welcoming. We enjoyed our stay.

Love Verona !!

The apartment was really pretty . They do have three flights of stairs . Long on a hot day . Twin room and living room did not cool down with the living room ac. Lovely bottle of wine and chocolates for us . They let us drop our bags off early which was nice / We would stay here again . Host was helpful in getting taxi info for us .

Great Location!

The apartment was clean and equipped with everything we needed. We spent most of each day outdoors since everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. Fabio sent detailed instructions for the check-in process. There are several stairs up to the apartment but we didn't mind the walking. Overall, a great experience.

Unit was well appointed. 3 full flights of stairs were never mentioned / we never asked. My only complaint is the WiFi seemed as if it was turned off morning of leaving . The same server to other units in building were still active. Other than that unit was fine

Quiet and calm

Property is as described; I stayed there alone, but if more than 2 people stay, the one sofa probably would not be adequate. Communication through property manager is through WhatsApp. I had never used this app before. It would be helpful for the VRBO listing to state that communication must be through WhatsApp. Property manager was helpful and responsive to my questions. I would stay at this property if I visit Verona again.

Italienische Ferienwohnung

Alles war wie beschrieben und ordentlich. Wir hätten uns eine wärmere Bettdecke gewünscht .... das war allerdings nicht möglich. Ansonsten waren wir wirklich sehr zufrieden, es war sehr sauber und die Gastgeber sehr nett und unkompliziert . Die Lage ist top!

Schöner Aufenthalt in Verona !

Preis Leistung stimmt bei dieser Wohnung . Die Lage in einer ruhigeren Seitenstraße und dennoch sehr nah an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten war klasse. Die Wohnung sauber und freundlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter den wir jedoch nicht kennengelernt haben. Das war ok denn auch die Schlüsselübergabe mit Keysafe klappte hervorragend. Vom Bahnhof mit dem Bus zur Wohnung sind es inkl. Fußweg ca 15 min . Zu Fuß kann man Verona von der Wohnung aus komplett erkunden .

Wundervoller Aufenthalt im Herzen von Verona

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Herzen von Verona. Die Wohnung ist groß, wunderschön und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für die Zeit benötigt. Da sie mitten im Zentrum liegt, erreicht man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in wenigen Gehminuten. Der Vermieter Fabio ist sehr nett und immer erreichbar, wenn es Fragen gibt. Es war ein sehr persönlicher Kontakt und wir werden immer sehr gerne wieder kommen! Sehr zu Empfehlen!! Grazie mille!

Good value in Verona!

This nice apartment was a great value in Verona. It’s in a nice residential district not far from the river, walkable to the city center. There are restaurants close by. The main bedroom is spacious with lots of closet space. The second bedroom is very small with just a twin bed. The kitchen is compact but well stocked with the basics. An unexpected luxury was the shower with a rainfall head and other adjustable jets and outstanding water pressure….once we figured out the controls, it was terrific! There is no elevator, so it is a good climb up four flights. The big negative is no parking on the street. There is a huge parking garage across the river, less than 10 min walk. We could park temporarily in front to unload our things. Having a car in Verona is crazy anyway! Fabio was easy to deal with and very helpful.
