    Inside, you’ll find a fully renovated kitchen with modern appliances, a large dining area, and a cozy living room made for movie nights. Excellent location and the house was exceptionally clean and spacious. I would highly recommend this property. The neighborhood is very cute and quiet - a great place to relax!

Great place for a vacation

Great property for our mini vacation. Close to a lot of places and very close to a bunch of different beaches. The place was very comfy and just a great place to rest up and relax!

Beautiful and cozy. Everything was clean and with everything needed to enjoy our vacation week with our family. Short walk to the beach….neighborhood super friendly. Look forward to renting this amazing place again.

Our Visit

This place was the perfect location for us, as we had family in the area. The layout worked really well for us because we have a young son. The location was also great because we direct access to the beach and only minutes from downtown Vero. We would stay here again.

Tropical getaway

Our time at Summerplace was just perfect. The house is clean and restful and convenient to the beach. We enjoyed our time there so much. We hope to come back!

Perfect spot

This was the perfect spot for us. We have family in the area and having our own spot close to them was really great. The house layout is great and it is on a really great street with lots of friendly neighbors.The house is well stocked and clean.
