The host was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay! The property and house were all amazing and the beach was very quiet during our stay! We will be back!

Lauren was a wonderful hostess and so helpful, she even had welcome biscotti sent to us! The bed was super comfortable and the shower had great pressure, the adjustable sprayer was an added bonus. The house was clean and beautifully decorated and furnished. Our dog, Peaches, had the best time exploring the fenced in backyard and hubby made excellent meals on the grill! 10/10 we highly recommend

Excellent proximity to beach and stores. Kids had a blast, and the casita was a wonderful respite for my mother-in-law. Plenty of space inside and out, and the amenities were more than enough. Internet was a little spotty, but we hope to be back again!

Perfect beach house. I can’t wait to be back! Walking outside, the noise I heard was the waves breaking from the beach. My kind of wonderful.

It was a nice place to stay. The host was helpful and very pleasant. The only thing I would warn anyone about was during the heat of the day the house can get a little warm. If it over 80 outside it will be 75 to 83 in the house with the AC set on 70. It cools off once the sun sets and gets rather cold over night. But heats up again by 1pm generally.

Owner of the property was very attentive and easy to get in touch with when there were any issues, questions. Private drive, short walk to the beach. Had more than an enough beach supplies! Would recommend for a small single family!

perfect beach house

we were visiting vero for a family christmas and enjoyed our stay so much! it was perfect for our crew people and dogs fun was had by all.

The house, location, yard and beach access were great. The beach access is close by and the beach secluded. We loved traveling with our dog and the house is perfectly set up for that. There were a couple of items that our host resolved quickly.We love cooking as a family, and the kitchen was set up for that. The WIFI is a little weak, probably an island thing. I would rent this place again.

Relaxing Beach Vacation

The house had everything we wanted and needed and just 5 houses away from a seemingly private beach, we couldn't have asked for anything more.

Great traditional FL cottage, amazingly wonderful beach

The cottage and host were terrific, host was most responsive and helpful. Private beach, pet friendly, was the highlight for us. Wonderful walks on the beach meeting other dog friendly folks (and dogs). This is the ideal beach focused get away.

Great Trip, better host!

Great location for a great beach week. Super easy walk to a secluded beach. House was great for what we needed. Lots of room, separate building was amazing too. Outdoor shower was definitely needed after a day at the beach! Great stay!

Location!

We had a wonderful time in Vero! We were so close to the beach, just a short walk. The beach was so quiet as we were in between public access points. It felt like a private beach! Thanks so much!

Excellent Property

Two families staying in town for a baseball tournament with teens. Plenty of space for all. The house was well stocked and the host was great with communication. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

Lovely bungalow on fabulous street

We enjoyed our stay in this 2 bedroom bungalow with extra small guest house. The main bathroom has been updated and the kitchen has newer appliances. The street is quiet and gated. The beach is wonderful, flat and deep! Perfect resting spot for us!

Thanksgiving Retreat

Our oldest child is in the area for school/work and we wanted to spend the holiday near him. So, we found this place close by and it worked out very well. Spacious, well equipped, and ideally located, this property allowed us to beachcomb, kayak, host a meal for 10+, and enjoy a week together as a family. Thank you very much for the use of your home.

Quiet beach

Older, but clean house with updated kitchen and baths. Bit of a drive to shopping and restaurants, but that's the cost of easy walk to beautiful, quiet beaches. House has all the beach gear needed. Host was very accessible and communication was excellent.

The home is very nice. Plenty of towels, lots of extras available such as sunscreen, bug spray, condiments, etc. Washer & dryer made it nice so we could pack light & the detergent was provided. The extra “cabana” made it nice to have some quiet/private time. It could use a dehumidifier, but the privacy— including a full bath— was fantastic to have. I was surprised that the house is not oceanFRONT— but rather in a gated community with private beach access and is the first house off the main road. Still an excellent location that we enjoyed very much. The WiFi was a bit sketchy while we were there but I think that was abnormal. We let the owner know and she was checking into it. Lauren was a great host & we would stay here again.

Wonderful stay at the Orchid Island home

We had a great stay at this property. We stayed at the main house. It was very clean and the kitchen was well-supplied for our cooking needs. The dogs enjoyed the fenced in yard and taking walks on the beach. The neighbors seemed friendly. The hostess of the property was really thoughtful and easy to contact. I would love to stay at this property again. It was great!

Wonderful location next to the beach!

Great place close to the beach as well as round island state park. There were plenty of things to do. We really had fun on the old school foosball table. No swimming pool is reason for 4 instead of 5 stars.
