The house, location, yard and beach access were great. The beach access is close by and the beach secluded. We loved traveling with our dog and the house is perfectly set up for that. There were a couple of items that our host resolved quickly.We love cooking as a family, and the kitchen was set up for that. The WIFI is a little weak, probably an island thing. I would rent this place again.

Vero Beach

Absolutely everything we needed was there at the property. The beach was beautiful and it felt like we had our own private beach for the week! The AC kept up with the heat and kept us comfortable throughout our stay, which is a must for summers in Florida. We brought our dog and loved the fenced in yard for her. There really wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t there for us! There were plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. It was a great vacation!!

Clean house, comfortable, roomy, superb/quiet location, & short walk on a private path to a private beach! Owner was very responsive and helpful.We had no issues during our stay. We used ALL of the beach toys and there are alot! Grateful for the amazing paddle boards that we all used and the beach buggy to haul everything. We enjoyed lots of beach time and enjoyed long walks on the beach with our dog. We even got to see the sea turtles coming ashore to nest!! Pro tip- bring lots of bug spray and sunblock! We would absolutely stay here again as we had an absolute blast.

Location!

We had a wonderful time in Vero! We were so close to the beach, just a short walk. The beach was so quiet as we were in between public access points. It felt like a private beach! Thanks so much!

Great traditional FL cottage, amazingly wonderful beach

The cottage and host were terrific, host was most responsive and helpful. Private beach, pet friendly, was the highlight for us. Wonderful walks on the beach meeting other dog friendly folks (and dogs). This is the ideal beach focused get away.

Thanksgiving Retreat

Our oldest child is in the area for school/work and we wanted to spend the holiday near him. So, we found this place close by and it worked out very well. Spacious, well equipped, and ideally located, this property allowed us to beachcomb, kayak, host a meal for 10+, and enjoy a week together as a family. Thank you very much for the use of your home.

Great Trip, better host!

Great location for a great beach week. Super easy walk to a secluded beach. House was great for what we needed. Lots of room, separate building was amazing too. Outdoor shower was definitely needed after a day at the beach! Great stay!

Perfect quiet location.

Was stocked with everything. Plenty of items provided for the beach. Location was very peaceful. Everything was nice and clean. Communication was the best I have had. I couldn’t have asked for much more. Will be on the top of my list for recommendations, highly recommend.

Great beach location

House was perfect for our family of 6. House was on a private street with a gated entrance. Felt very safe. Beach was quite and water was beautiful. My kids made a lot of use of the paddle boards and other beach amenities. House was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend. The host was super nice and helpful. We will coming back for sure. Thanks for the wonderful house.

Quiet beach

Older, but clean house with updated kitchen and baths. Bit of a drive to shopping and restaurants, but that's the cost of easy walk to beautiful, quiet beaches. House has all the beach gear needed. Host was very accessible and communication was excellent.

Can’t beat the location

It was our first visit to Vero so I was unfamiliar with the island when I booked. We could not have asked for a more perfect location. Having access to the beautiful private beach, steps away, was the highlight of our visit. We felt very at home there and the back yard was great for our dog. The house was clean and the bed was comfortable. Lauren was very kind and accommodating. We made great use of the bikes and beach chairs. We hope to return next year.

Great Old Florida home

Beach fun

After a long drive, our stay here was so relaxing and fun! Our host was responsive and kind, we enjoyed a breakfast the morning after our arrival from her - thank you so much! The beach was a short distance away and we enjoyed daily visits, when weather allowed. Two state parks were also nearby which we enjoyed greatly. Plenty of good food and restaurants in the area, and places to visit. The home is gorgeous and well equipped for those who prefer to eat in. The backyard is fenced, which we and our pups appreciated. The rooms are comfortable, we enjoyed very restful sleep. We had great fun with foosball tourneys! This was our first visit to Vero and I can say that we will be back. Thank you so much for providing such a lovely, safe home! Phoebe & Tony

Excellent Property

Two families staying in town for a baseball tournament with teens. Plenty of space for all. The house was well stocked and the host was great with communication. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

Amazing.

We can’t wait to return. The house was perfect and fully stocked with everything you need. A short walk to your private beach with seashells galore. The host was very responsive before and during our trip. Only hiccups we had were no propane for the grill and the air conditioner in the small unit stopped working. Once we cleaned the filter it was good to go. We will be back for sure. Thank you Lauren for sharing your paradise with us

Peaceful Beach Cottage

My family and I immensely enjoyed our time in Ver Beach staying at this cozy beach home. The walk down to the beach was easy, and the beach itself is so private and quiet. We spotted dolphins, manta rays, nurse sharks, sea turtle tracks and nests, and many, many fish and birds on this stretch of beach. The home is very clean and beds very comfortable. So many activities to choose from biking to paddle boarding, to sand toys, to board games or foosball. We hope to return soon!

Perfect Family Trip!

Everything about this place was fantastic! The location was perfect and extremely private. I loved that it was a gated community of only a handful of homes. The house was well kept and clean upon arrival. Lauren was exceptional in ensuring our family was settled in for our weeks stay. Her and her husband were very kind and if needed they were a simple phone call away. The home had everything you would need for your trip. There was plenty of towels (beach and bath) and towelitries so you do not need to worry about packing (especially if you are flying on an airplane). There was everything needed in the kitchen (an abundance of dishes, cooking items, cooking utensils, coffee maker and Kurieg, etc..). All of the beds were very comfortable. I loved that the second bedroom had bunk beds and another queen sized bed so that made sleeping very easy for our large family. The property was beautiful! There was so much land all around the home, they kids had so much fun running around and there was no fear of a busy street if they ran into it. The beach is private. There was hardly anyone around and that was perfect! The location was also great. A very short drive in either direction to get to things your family may want to do. We go to Vero every year and we absolutely intend to stay here again. I ensure you that you will not be disappointed with staying at this amazing home!

Location, Location, Amenities

This home is perfectly located! A short drive gets you to restaurants, a farmer market and numerous preserves or parks. However, there really is no need to leave. A short stroll takes you to a beautiful private beach with miles of sand to walk or to sit and enjoy the waves. The owner provided everything that is needed to enjoy the water from towels, chairs, sand toys and paddle boards.. After spending the day on the beach, return to an updated and amply supplied kitchen or a bathroom that is clean and with plenty of hot water. Check in was easy and the owner was responsive to any questions. When we return to Vero Beach this will be our go to home.

Great spot!

We had a wonderful month - most of the month it was my husband, myself and our dog but we had adult children visit and loved having the guest cottage for them to stay in. The location can't be beat - I worked remotely and walked up to the beach every day for a swim to end the day with - beach is beautiful and dog friendly. Neighbors are also very friendly and Lauren was responsive and helpful the few times we reached out. Two thumbs up - especially if you enjoy spending time on the beach.
