    Areas interiores

    En la planta baja hay un espacio de estar abierto con acceso por un lado a la zona trasera cubierta privada y spa y por el otro lado a la fabulosa piscina.  También en la planta baja hay un fantástico garaje / sala de juegos para mantenerte entretenido: el dormitorio 7 está ubicado junto a la sala de juegos y es adecuado para los niños. Arriba hay un salón / comedor de planta abierta con vistas al entorno rural hasta el agua y la playa de Berry.  La casa cuenta con un amplio sistema de calefacción y refrigeración, con 5 unidades de sistema divididas y todas las comodidades que se esperan, como WiFi.

    Areas al aire libre

    Este gran entorno rural ofrece grandes opciones para las familias también.  La gran área con césped en la parte delantera de la propiedad es perfecta para observar la vida silvestre nativa y las aves, o para jugar al cricket.  Disfrute de las excelentes áreas de spa y piscina también.

    La cocina completamente equipada está equipada con utensilios de cocina estándar, vajilla, cubiertos, microondas, máquina de café compatible con Caffitaly, tostadora, hervidor, nevera grande, lavaplatos, horno eléctrico y estufa a gas, y todos los artículos que espera encontrar en un hogar. lejos de casa.

Great property, had no issues with checking in/out House was clean. Garage has a pool table and table tennis which was funIf I had to pick on things to improve in the future: - wish there was a heater in the backyard - little essentials were not in available (paper towels/oil) so factor that in when you’re booking Other than that, perfect place for a weekend away

fabulous house and position

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. Great spaces to really spread out for the 20 of us ranging in age from 18 months to 90. Each room had a lovely look out to the surrounding landscape. A 10-15 minute drive to Cowes was great for supplies. The oven needs a good clean but when everything else was so good, its a minor issue. I would definitely recommend staying here and would go again myself. Thanks guys.

Perfect for a big group

Having read some reviews, I was worried coming in. But honestly, the place was lovely. Even with a big group, we still had loads of space. The kids loved the games area and had their own little retreat. Sure, the place was a little worn, but that had zero impact on our time there. We still enjoyed games of pool and table tennis. Everything was in working order, the kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed. All in all, we had a great time there. The only thing I'd recommend is taking some extra bedding if you're staying in winter, the downstairs bedrooms got quite cold overnight. But I would recommend this place for large groups and families, it's got something for everyone.

The Islander

The property was as described with the all amenities on the property. However the cooking and dining equipment and utensils were all dirty. Furthermore there was a leak coming from a locked cupboard near the washing machine. It was needed to be mopped everyday. The table tennis equipment were in tatters and requires replacement. Otherwise everything was as described and ok.

Perfect for large families with kids

Very pleased when we drove up to the property, large open space with lots of privacy and short walk to an awesome surf beach and walking trail. Soooo much space for the kids to spread out and enjoy themselves in downstairs living and games room, as well as the spa, bbq area and pool. Freezing weather and winds didn’t stop the kids jumping in the pool, it’s a walk-in pool great for toddlers to safely splash about. Upstairs living area had seats for all 20 of us comfortably. Kitchen equipped with everything we needed including 2 fridges and walk in pantry. Yes a bit of dirt and a few grotty pots and pans here and there but all as expected for this type of family-friendly, well-loved holiday house. Nothing that put us off returning that’s for sure. Enjoyed an impromptu lunch at the Phillip island winery, walkable distance or a 5 min drive, highly recommend the Pinot noir and pizzas. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend for large groups/families. ☺️

Don’t make a mistake to stay at this property !

I am writing this to express my extreme disappointment with this property that my family and I recently stayed at. Despite our hopes for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, we were met with a number of issues that made our short stay incredibly unpleasant & embarrassing. First and foremost, the lack of basic amenities such as hot water and gas for one night out of two was unacceptable. This was particularly frustrating as we had seniors and children in our group who require special attention to their needs. The fact that these issues were not addressed in a timely manner only added to our frustration. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the property was severely lacking. The property was not cleaned to a satisfactory standard, with dirt and grime present in many areas of the property. This is simply not acceptable and shows a lack of respect for guests who expect a clean and hygienic environment. Despite our attempts to report these issues to the property management team, we found them to be unhelpful and unresponsive. We were left feeling unsupported and ignored, which only compounded the stress and discomfort of our stay. As a result of these issues, I cannot recommend this property to anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The lack of basic amenities, poor cleanliness, and unresponsive property management team have left a lasting negative impression. I urge all future guests to be aware of these shortcomings.

Almost spectacular

Spectacular location and facilities which require some maintenance. We prioritized booking a property with a pool table, so were very disappointed to find rocks on the table and no cues! We also set off the smoke alarm and filled the house with smoke by cooking a lasagna! The oven was so dirty it wouldn't have mattered what we cook. With a deep clean and some small fixes, the property would easily be worthy of 5 stars.

Great house for four families to catch up for a reunion. We needed plenty of space for all age groups and seven bedrooms. So it was to be an expensive accommodation option to find a place big enough for us all but it was suitable for this occasion. The Home was Casual and homely.

In need of repair

We stayed here with a group of 13 friends over the Easter holiday. All in all, the house left a lot to be desired. One of the 'pools' was nothing more than swamp, and the other was full of bugs. We saw several mice running around the house. Many parts of the kitchen and bathroom were broken or falling apart. The kitchen did not have the basic pots and pans that would be required to feed 13 people, and was instead full of old junk, clearly left from the last 20 groups who stayed. In several of the bedrooms the wardrobes didn't have drawers or even a rail to hand clothes from. The ice maker in the fridge was not connected, and the fridge was warm while the bar fridge was too cold, with the freezer so frosted over that it couldn't close. There weren't enough chairs for our group. The baby gate supplied to make the upstairs area baby proof was missing some key parts so that it was impossible to install it corrently, making it quite unsafe. The owners need to take the time to make a visit and even try staying there for a night. They must have spent a million dollars at least on the house and land, now they just need to spend another $5000 fixing these little problems, doing a proper clean of the pools, and stocking out the kitchen with a set of IKEA pots, pans and utensils so that it is actually usable.

Great for large family gathering

This property was perfect size for our annual family weekend away. Plenty of room for 15 adults and 4 kids. Pool was great and location to beach. Games room well equipped and used lots. A couple of negatives- only a small fridge/freezer for 19 people (lucky we had eskys), bar fridge iced over and almost unusable, bins were full and we had to bag rubbish up in garage, no blinds or curtains in bunk room and pool & spa needed good clean (instructions for spa would have been handy too). That all being said we would stay again 😊

Great place but ........

It is a great property that offers lots to do and is in a peaceful location but feel it needs a good clean. Some maintenance is also required - bunk room had no curtains, some indoor and outside lights were not working, some external doors were faulty and not lockable, three mattresses in one of the upstairs bedroom were very uncomfortable. For a place that accommodates 20 guests a second large fridge is needed.

Amazing property

Everyone's first comment was 'wow' when we walked through the front door. The place is amazing. We got to enjoy the pool and spa and extra things like a blender and milk shake maker were a nice surprise. The property does need a little maintenance but overall it is a wonderful stay.

Amazing house!

The house was perfect for 6 kids, 4 couples. The pool and spa was amazing. Suitable for babies and toddlers (baby gates and high chair provided). Kitchen fully equipped, linen worth paying for (so easy), Bring your fire wood for the fire place!!, kitchen seats 14 plus bar stools. A few things broken and not working but communication with agent and owner exceptional. Have no doubt they will fix any small issues. This place is a treasure for the whole family and more.

Don't be fooled by the photos of what it offers - This place needs an overhaul

Upon arrival this, this property sure wows the eye, It is situated in a prime location and has great views, but that's where it ends, The floors where dirty and super sticky, (we had to give the floors a proper clean) the bins already had rubbish in them and the kitchen area/stove was not up to renting standards. What was to be a great Family get away was dampened by this, not to mention the property had a lot of dust everywhere. The property needs lots of attention, The pool was dirty and needed a clean, Very disappointed the Pool lights don't work, change the globes and this could have been something to enjoy an amazing night swim, however not possible as no lighting around the pool area either. Things like this are easy to fix as there seems to be power cables all around the place, however just holes for what i assume should have been lights when it was build many years ago. The spa was over chlorinated, and only one corner had working jets, again a massive disappointment as these are key things we liked about the place and I'm sure others come to visit due to its offerings. The pool table and balls are stuffed, so dented and also missing an "actual ball" (there is a substitute, however its like it was a handmade ball that didn't roll well). I don't know how many down-lights where not working upstairs that where either blown or globes missing, (like come on LED's are $5 each on ebay). Offers a wood fire, however no firewood on the property, We had to purchase our own from Cowes. (never had to do this will any other property we stayed in before). The cutlery, crockery and glasses are as if they purchased them from the Salvos, I advise to take your own, They are very cheap and non matching. It states that you could have 20 people, however we managed to have enough for just 7 people, No enough glassware either. You also can't use the key to get in the front door, It works from inside the house lol. The front door only has rear door access, which is stupid on a property being rented out. (I highly recommend the owners fix this and put in a door handle you can use from both sides). You defiantly get the sense of being ripped off after staying there for 3 nights with so many things wrong and for what you paid for the property. We defiantly wont be back, and I would advise others to choose carefully as there is so many better properties out there for the same value. Unfortunately a very big disappointment with our stay.

TLC Needed

Property is well equipped, spacious and in a prime location with stunning views. Only drawback was some of the equipment, such as the gym in the games room did not work.Instructions for TV were needed and the pool needed cleaning. Hot tub was great and clean. The property was dusty, and had unclean floors, and the bathrooms needed cleaning, as in thick dust on the accessories. The barbecue and area were dirty. This could have been due to it being the end of season, with a little TLC this property would of been perfect.

Excellent in all the aspects

Exactly what was listed in the portal, if not more than that. Excellent house for a big group like 20 people. Probably the best you can get in Phillip island. And believe me, the rate is really reasonable!!! Go for it!!!
