  • This modern 70-square-meter two-bedroom apartment is part of Laguna Boutique Apartments in Venice Mestre, a quiet residential area with quick and easy access to the island of Venice by bus.

    The apartment has two bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen-size bed, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, one bathroom, and a private patio where guests can relax and park their car. The patio is for the exclusive use of this apartment.

    The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, with dishwasher, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and cookware. The apartment also includes air conditioning, fast fiber Wi-Fi, and a 40’’ 4K Smart TV with Netflix.

    The building is located in a quiet residential area with shops, cafés, gelaterie and a large supermarket nearby. The bus stop to Venice and the airport is about 2 minutes on foot, and the island of Venice can be reached in around 10-12 minutes by bus. Mestre train station and the central square are also within walking distance, convenient for arrivals, departures and day trips.

    The apartment is suitable for families, two couples or small groups looking for a comfortable stay with private parking and easy access to the island of Venice.

Bus’s was communicative and helpful. Our stay was comfortable and inexpensive.

My family chose to stay here instead of Venice to save money. There is a bus stop, grocery and cafes so close by that it was a convenient stay. The apartment was modern and clean. We enjoyed the patio and had ample room. The host was available and helpful.

Excellent option for our visit

This place was perfect for us. Short walk to the bus line that takes you right to the city. Easy walk to get breakfast pastries. The coffee maker was a great thing to have in the mornings. Highly recommend.

A beautiful apartment

The property was clean, well decorated and extremely functional. It is a very secure property with locked gates and double door locks. It is walking distance to many amenities.

We had a great time in this appartment. Everything very well. Andrea is a nice person, nothing is too much. The appartment is great, clean and the location is super: just few minutes walk to the bus stop to Venice.

Nice, cosy and well equipped appartement. Highly recommended!

Great apartment! Clean, tastefully decorated, well equipped (airco, coffee machine, dishwasher), good beds and a warm welcome by Bianca and Andrea, including great tips and a complimentary bottle of wine. The perfect spot to visit Venice from with bus-stop (10 minutes ride to Venice) and supermarket around the corner. We'll shurely be back one day!

Great little flat with parking

We stayed here for one night after a cruise that ended in Venice. It was spotless with several restaurants and grocers within walking distance. Also walking distance to train station. The property owner greeted us and made himself available to us if we needed anything. Would rexommend.

Very comfortable and clean modern apartment to stay close to main island of Venice

The hosts were so friendly and helpful! Their home was so super clean and modern and comfortable. Best beds and shower! They had everything we needed and added the extra detail of coffee, wine and water. And they helped us with the bus and train transport. And if you drive there, they even have a safe carport. I would definitely recommend!

Die unterkunft hat genau den bildern entsprochen. Die angegebenen entfernungen stimmt genau. Die wohnung war suaber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett . Schon die vorab Kommunikation war sehr hilfreich. So war die anreise entspannt und der check in schon vor der vereinbarten zeit möglich. Alles bestens

Perfekt gelegen, tolle Kommunikation, sauber

Wir waren für ein paar Tage zum Halbmarathon da, der in Mestre startet. Das Apartment war dafür perfekt gelegen, aber auch, um mit dem Bus schnell nach Venedig zu fahren. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, hat neue Betten, war sauber, alles super. Es gab eine tolle Broschüre mit Infos zum Essen gehen, einkaufen usw. Tolle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, der sofort erreichbar war oder immer umgehend geantwortet hat.

Quick trip to Venice

We made. quick trip to Venice to take in the magic of this area. This property had every thing you would need.. even a toaster! The property manger Monica was very accommodating to welcome us early to this impeccably clean apartment. The area had all the amenities that you would want including restaurants, cafes, and a PAM supermarket. Bus connections to the Grand Cannel were super easy and a short ride if you catch the 4L. For the price, location and private parking this apartment is a winner.

Tolle Wohnung in guter Lage nach Venedig

Wir waren eine Nacht bei Andrea in der Wohnung und waren begeistert! Die Entfernung zu Venedig ist spitze, 10 min mit dem Bus und dann mit dem Bootbus weiter zum Marcus Platz. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht, da hat sich Andrea richtig Mühe gegeben und das auch super gemeistert :-) Das Auto kann man auch sicher im Hof abstellen und das Hoftor verschließen, wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und werden sicherlich nochmal wieder kommen :-)!!!
