Breeze up to Siesta Key Beach, the best beach in America, for Drum Circle on Sundays to celebrate life with the setting sun. This is a must see event, free and open to all...

Enjoy seeing egrets in the yard in the morning and scan the afternoon skies for a glimpse of osprey settling down at dusk...natural beauty abounds. House South Venice is just two hours north of Everglades City, an hour south of Tampa Bay. This is the place to just up soak up the peace and magic of Florida Life.

We can be flexible, so feel free to ask for thoughts, wishes and needs.

We had another wonderful time here. The pool was so enjoyable (we loved eating on the lanai and just sitting by the pool soaking up the beautiful FL sunshine), and the fenced in yard was perfect for our fur-baby. The location is great as it's only minutes to different beaches, restaurants, and downtown. Fritz was a delight and responded very quickly with thorough answers (he has a great sense of humor!). We are already looking forward to a return trip! Thank you Fritz!!

Great place to stay. Very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Plenty of beach supplies(wagon, chairs, toys, shark tooth sifters, plenty of towels). The pool was so enjoyable, we used it every evening. The owner was so pleasant and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful house with a swimming pool, it was clean and fully equipped with everything you need for life and relaxation, there is also a garage for a car, which is especially necessary in the heat. It is also worth noting the very polite owner of the house who was always in touch and was ready to help

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very well-appointed with so many extra things to enhance our trip. It was also super organized which helped us get acclimated for our weeklong stay. Fritz was a very responsive host and communicated well. The pool and back porch were a slice of heaven. We had fun exploring all the different beaches that were close by. We would definitely stay again. Nothing but positive things to share!

Perfect!

This was a great place to stay. The house had all the amenities we needed - including sharp knives! The location worked well for us - a quick drive to downtown Venice, shopping, beaches, and walking trails. Fritz was very kind and very easy to work with. The pool was clean and the lanai was a wonderful place to begin and end each day. We will definitely return next year!

Perfect place for family vacation

The house was perfect for our needs on our family vacation. Our kids loved the pool and were in it any time they had a free minute, the games were nice during the short rain fall. The kitchen was stocked for us to make meals. Beach towels, wagon, chairs, and beach equipment/toys made our many days at the beach easy and fun. There are many beaches to visit. Enough restaurants and shops nearby to enjoy as well. Fritz was only a text/phone call away with any questions and helped make this vacation a memorable one.

Fritz's House

Fritz 's house is in a great location for us. We love the Venice area. We love to bike ride and I love having a heated pool. The house is very comfortable and Fritz is very easy to work with. We have already booked it again.

Time with grandson in Venice FL

Nice neighborhood, accommodating and welcoming home. Centrally located to beaches and attractions. Fritz the manager was awesome, quick to respond to all inquiries and fully intent on improving every aspect of your stay! Dakota the housekeeper does a great job keeping the entire property clean and prepared for your arrival. Home tastefully decorated in beach theme. Pool was the focal point for our family! Screened in enclosure makes time spent outside enjoyable. Fence backyard a plus for pets! Absolutely everything you could ask for is provided; a home away from home. So many personal touches made our stay so enjoyable. Can’t say enough about how wonderful this property and manager are!!

Perfect!!

Our vacation rental was nothing but amazing! VERY clean! Response time was great. Location was close to restaurants and not far from the beach. The host provided everything needed for our stay. From items for the beach, to our night swims in the pool, we didn’t have to pack extra items that are a hassle. Everything in the home was labeled so there was not any confusion. We travel to Florida every year and I think that we’ve found the perfect rental for our future stays. Highly, highly recommend.

Old Florida Charm

My daughter and I selected the location based upon close proximity to family in the area and glad we did. Fritz was wonderful to work with, flexible and very responsive. The location is close to shopping, beaches, and downtown Venice. Neighborhood is very quiet and the place is very clean and nicely decorated. The pool was a nice touch since it was pretty warm in late May. As stated in another review, we have rented multiple locations over the years and this was not only very clean but truly felt like staying in someone’s home vs. sterile rental. Fritz truly takes pride in offering the place to rent and no details were overlooked. Would consider renting again on a longer term when the need arises.

We had a great stay. The house was lovely. Having the pool was great. And the house is close to everything: beaches, walking trails, downtown Venice, restaurants and shopping. And the neighborhood is quiet. Fritz was very easy to communicate with and made us feel very welcome.

Spring break 2024

The house was very welcoming. Would stay longer if we could. Will rent again our next trip to Venice area. The extra bonus was the pool! The washer and dryer was 2nd !! Home owner went the extra step and put up some birthday decorations and a sweet card for my 60th birthday. Doesn't get any better than that!! PRICELESS

Very nice comfortable family home

Only problem we had was tv didn’t have all the shows our daughter liked. Nice family home, quiet neighborhood. Clean, large pool. Would have liked to have a hot tub because it was really not warm weather for a pool. Nice family home with plenty of furniture that was in good shape. Had great time.
