Option 1 – COASTAL DREAMS: The Master Villa

A large 2-bedroom, full 2-bathroom home that sleeps up to 8 guests, with a pull out couch in the living room and a hide-a-bed in the sunroom. This space includes a full kitchen. An outdoor oasis with screened pool includes two fully fenced-in landscaped yards, one hosting a furnished patio. This villa provides the ultimate work-life balance with extensive outdoor space, a sunroom that includes office work space, and space for guest entertaining featuring a large screen TV.





Option 2 – COASTAL HIDEAWAY: The Companion Villa

Featuring a separate, private entrance, this space is a 1-bedroom, full 1-bathroom guest villa that sleeps up to 4 guests. The villa features a full kitchen and a sunroom with hide-a-bed a dining area, as well as a private, beautifully landscaped, fully fenced-in yard hosting a screened-in lanai that works as a comfortable space for enjoying meals or lounging.





Option 3 – GULF COAST DREAMING: The Complete Compound

The combination of the Coastal Dreams and Costal Hideaway villas features all three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, sleeping up to 12 guests. This is perfect for extended families and multi generational groups, with the two kitchens and expansive yard space to accommodate the whole family.





Nestled in a prime South Venice location, this beautiful property is located just 6 minutes from Venice's beaches that allow free parking, as well as the popular Brohard Paw Park dog beach. The property has close access to the historic downtown Venice and the Venice Fishing pier, including bike rentals, restaurants and other amenities that are close by. Shamrock Park is only a 5-minute walk away, providing access to the Legacy trail system.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

The two living quarters have separate entrances and private outdoor areas.
