This beautiful apartment is located in a quiet private courtyard 2 steps from Piazza San Marco and has a private entrance.
Completely restored, Ca 'Marta 1 has a large double bedroom, an elegant and bright living room with equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
Wifi internet (free) and air conditioning in all rooms. Satellite TV with programs in various languages.
These 2 beautiful apartments are located in a quiet private courtyard 2 steps from Piazza San Marco and with a private entrance.
Completely restored, Ca 'Marta 1 has a large double bedroom and Ca' Marta 2, as well as an elegant double bedroom, also a bedroom with a sofa bed. Both boast an elegant and bright living room with equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
Wifi internet (free) and air conditioning in all rooms. Satellite TV with programs in various languages.
Smoking is prohibited. Final cleaning is not included and must be paid on arrival. The cost is € 50.00 (Ca 'Marta 1) and € 70.00 (Ca' Marta 2).
A supplement of € 30.00 is required for arrivals after 20.00, a supplement of € 50.00 is required for arrivals after 24.00 (mandatory).
Tourist tax not included in the rate.

Appartement très bien situé, à deux pas de la place St Marc. Retour le confort d’un appartement refait à neuf, avec qqles meubles anciens pour le charme. Très bon accueil de Camille, plein de petites attentions (ex : de quoi pendre un petit déjeuner rapide le 1er jour, pratique quand le vol arrive tard à Venise !). Adresse recommandée !!

Outstanding location and place to stay

This was a perfect location and it was always an easy walk to find places. The property is beautiful, newly remodeled, and exceptionally clean. I would highly recommend this property. The communication by the property manager was superb.

Fantastic accommodation and great location!

Your apartment was lovely and well equipped fo the two of us. More importantly was the location. A wonderfully delicious restaurant was right outside our front door. Saint Mark’s Square was less than a five minute walk. Our fantastic host arranged for a Porter t pick up our luggage to be delivered to a private water taxi to take us to the airport. I highly recommend this for arriving and leaving. Would definitely stay in your apartment again.

Brilliantly located, midway between S.Marks Square and the Rialto Bridge. The flat is small, perfectly formed, generous shower room/toilet, warm ( especially important in winter), and the bed comfortable. Lots of towels, and generous pillows. Small two seater sofa, TV( I only got Italian services) and good WiFi. We thought it a great find. And well done to the owners for creating such a good space.

Excellent location of this very modern and comfortable Aprt. Very clean and with AC which is a must in Venice. Tommaso went far and beyond to arrange our transportation to and from the aprtment. Also he provided a list of great restaurants. Annalisa welcomed us at the taxi and showed us around. Also her recommendations were excellent. Definitely, if you're going to Venice, this is a place where you want to stay. If back to Venice, will stay there again and will recommend Marta Aprt to all. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Stone’s throw from St. Marks Square

Fabulous apt! Came with so many extras: bathroom personal supplies, snacks, 2 smart tv’s, rain shower, extremely clean, slippers,Krupa coffee maker and coffee, breakfast rolls,and more! We were in the center of everything! Annalisa met us at the boat which began our wonderful stay! We highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful apartment, great location, amazing stay. Highly recommend

I couldn't be happier about this apartment choice. My husband and I spent a long weekend in Venice...this apartment was perfect for our purposes. The location couldn't be better...squarely in between the Grand Canal/Rialto Bridge and San Marco Square, it is close to beautiful stores and great restaurants. It is on the second floor, and the windows allow you to overlook the passerby below. The apartment is totally renovated and is so well done and very nicely appointed -- coffee, creamer, sugar, breakfast pastries, even a welcome bottle of wine (which unfortunately we didn't drink). Communication by the host is wonderful and AnnaLisa met us at the boat and walked us to the apartment, and offered some great suggestions for dining. You won't be disappointed -- I only wish that all of our Airbnb's in Europe were this nice.

A real hidden gem in Venice

The location was fabulous and it was easy to reach all of Venice's sightseeing and interesting places from the appartement. The appartement provided a very high standard of accommodation and furnishings. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We would thoroughly recommend this place - it's a real hidden gem in Venice.

Perfect location and great host and hostess

This is a gem in Venice. Large apartment with separate spaces - great for couples where one individual is an early riser. Annalisa greeted us at the dock where our boat dropped us off and helped with large luggage. The apartment is modern and charming with huge bathroom. Also host left lots of food (breads, Nutella, crackers and cheese) as well as sparking wine. So seeet! Location is ideal - minutes from San Marco yet quiet and secluded. Also take her advice on restaurants. You won't be disappointed.
