Welcome to our coastal oasis- a 3 bedroom vacation home in the heart of South Venice. Nestled just minutes from the beautiful shores of Venice Beach, Manasota Beach, and Caspersen Beach, this property offers the perfect blend of coastal tranquility and modern comforts.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, grill, and all the essential appliances you need to whip up delicious meals. Unwind in the cozy living room or step outside to enjoy the private pool and soothing hot tub. Catch up on your favorite shows on the smart TV or challenge your loved ones to a game night in the dedicated game room.

When it's time to explore, you'll find local attractions just a short drive away. Spend the day soaking up the sun on the pristine beaches or venture out to discover the charming shops and restaurants along Venice Ave. Back at the property, enjoy the refreshing pool and spa and soak up the sun. The pool is heated in the colder months (October-April) to 86F, spa is heated for 4 hours every day (evening), year-round to 95F. Please note: in unusually cold weather the electric heater might not be able to reach the advertised temperature as warm water evaporates quickly.

Excelente todo, el servicio, la limpieza, la locación pero sobre todo te sientes como en casa, la hospitalidad te brinda todo lo necesario para vacaciones. Súper tranquilo el sitio, la piscina súper limpia igual que la parrillera. 100% recomendado. Toda mi familia disfruto demasiado la estadía

Wall maintained and clean home in a nice quiet neighborhood close to all the stuff. Wonderful warm pool and hot tub after a day of fun in the sun. Great biking, hiking, beaches and golf all nearby. Very responsive and friendly host as well. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable.

The house was perfect for our family. Enough space for our adult children to have privacy, and the layout and amenities promoted spending quality time together! Attention to the small details made it extra special. Beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, coolers, shark hunting tools), cooking-ready kitchen supplies, plenty of linens for the beach and pool, gas grill.

Amazing Stay

This is the 2nd time in 3 years we have stayed at one of their properties and just like last time everything was fantastic. Plenty of room for us and our 3 boys. The house was clean and pool was great. Perfect location to all beaches. Will be snagging this place for next year if it's available!

Great house and host!

We loved the house! It was in a wonderful neighborhood and location. The host was amazing and very accommodating ! The house was FULL of everything that you would need for a get away. The kids had their choice of games and toys. The kitchen was fully stocked with all essential items, plus more! The garage had multiple beach chairs, bikes, sand toys, pool accessories, and other items to help make us comfortable during our stay. The pool area was amazing with a hot tub that was so relaxing. Over the years, we have stayed in many vacation homes and this one was by far our favorite. The worst part about our stay was having to leave! If all works out, we will be back next year!!

Loved everything about this home!

This home was truly extraordinary! Beautifully decorated and very clean. Lots of areas to be together and to hide away. The salt water pool and spa were beautiful and very refreshing. There is privacy screening around the pool which created a sense of being the only ones in the area. The beach is a 13 minute drive away with stores in between. It's wonderful to go to the beach in the morning and come back to the pool and grill your dinner. 4 normal size cars can fit in the driveway. There are beach chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler, beach toys, and more. There's a closet with games and children's toys. You really don't need anything. If you have any doubts about this home, don't. You will be happy you booked it. We plan to stay in this home again in the near future.

Calm relaxing getaway

Very quiet neighborhood. We used the Heated pool and hottub a lot. It is about 15 mins to the beach. Lots of shells and some shark teeth. Shamrock park and nature center only 5 mins away. Nice trails there. And pickle ball courts. The house was very clean nicely decoratex.

Superb Stay Once Again!

Great house in fabulous location! So well stocked with everything you need to make your stay most comfortable. From kitchen items to towels and linens, to bikes, beach chairs and umbrella, absolutely eveything you need is there. Home is spotless when you arrive and the Hosts are most responsive and helpful. I have stayed here twice and will most definitely stay again on our next trip to Venice!

Quick weekend family visit

This is the best property we have ever rented from VRBO and the other guys. the house was clean, extremely well equipped and updated very nicely. the back yard was unexpected with the pool and hammock and sitting area. The communication with the host was outstanding. They really did think of almost everything. the only comment we had was we could not figure out the coffee pod maching. we put the pods in, pushed the on butted; some lights blinked and then nothing. perhaps leaving directions would be helpful...or check it out to be sure it's working. but there was another coffee maker and thank you for having an electic kettle; as a tea drinker only, that was wonderful for me to have! along with the stash of coffee, teas, sweeteners, etc. it was just a fabulous stay.

Great Weekend

Our family had a another great stay at this home in Venice. Super clean, comfy beds, fully stocked with everything we needed. Having beach chairs, an umbrella and a little cooler to use for going to the beach was so nice! The back pool area was a great place for the family to hang out. Communication was excellent. Will be back as this is our go to property to stay at when visiting family in Venice.

Somewhat difficult review to write as it was not a perfect fit for us, not because of the property, but because of the activities we choose to enjoy. Host was clear and accurate with arrival information. The house was very well stocked and very clean. It had all been updated in very good taste. Beds great, bathrooms clean and well stocked. Lots of things we did not need, like bikes, above ground pool, air hockey, covered lanai. WiFi was easily accessed and fast. We were not able to access local TV, but there were lots and lots of streaming channels and streaming live sites available. Kitchen was well equiped, and hosts provided snacks, bottled water and a bottle of wine, which we did not use. The longer we stayed, the better we liked the property. The location was close to the things we came to do, golf and dining. Really enjoyed the Venice pier. The only negative was the older neighborhood. But the neighbors were quiet and did not seem to mind us as visitors. It would be a great choice for a small family with active kids. All in all, I have to give it five stars.

Perfect getaway

I could not have been happier with our stay. WHEN we go back, I know all I need is clothes and food. Everything else you need is already there. The host checked in to make sure we did not need anything, she even got my daughter a birthday ballon- it was the reason we went. The kids loved the pool and the hockey table. The beach is about a 10 minute drive away. There is so much you can do. I can’t wait to go again.

Absolutely perfect!

Dorcia and Mac are wonderful hosts and have perfected the VRBO game! They went above and beyond to ensure a great vacation! They have everything labeled and super easy to find, were very quick on communication, had a very clean home, and even provided good quality essentials (toilet paper, paper towel, pots and pans, shampoo/conditioner, laundry soap, etc) I will absolutely recommend this to others and be back in the future!!
