Beach House in Venice Florida, welcome to paradise.

Welcome to our beach house. This beautiful home is located on a quiet street just 3 minutes away from the beach, and located very near shopping and dining. This home has a fully fenced back yard,3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a den, living room, kitchen and dining room. The master King Suite is private upstairs and has a large bedroom, balcony, walk in closet, vanity, and bathroom and dresser along with a 48" TV. Families will love it here, we have a den with a large cloud couch, 56" TV, games and blankets for cozy family movie nights and a playroom/study space during the day. Kids will also enjoy the bunk room with 3 beds! We have a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle and a dresser in this room. The last bedroom is a Queen room, with a queen bed, dresser, side tables, closet and 2 wondows facing the beautiful tree filled back yard.

Our backyard has a HUGE deck, and tons of gorgeous trees, for which we provided hammocks for your enjoyment. Our TVs are ROKU TV's on guest mode, with tons of free channels, but also log into your favorite apps and when you leave it will automatically log out so noone else can use your accounts.

We have thoughtfully designed the space to be friendly and inviting and cheerful. We have a sandy feet landing spot under the stairs that provides you with beach towels, and a place to drop your sandy items when returning home from the beach. Our den is large and inviting, our loving room is brightly colored, with no TV to encourage relaxation, reading and conversation, our bedrooms are colorful, and comfortable with ALL NEW comfortable mattresses and pillows. Our towels are soft and thick, we provide body wash, shampoo and conditioner (not single use hotel supplies but real nice things that we would use).

There is a sweet bike path right across the street that skirts the intercoastal canal, and is just a great walking, biking, skating, skootering path. Jump in the car and be at Sharky's beach in 3 minutes!! Really, we timed it. AND you park right there, walk 30 feet and your toes are in the sand. Check out the 700 foot pier, and Shark's restaurant while you are there! Find shark teeth on the beach, along with sea shells and bird watch! You may even spot a dolphin!! Go fishing off the pier, and walk along the beach.

The location is great because it is on a quiet street, but minutes from ALDI, PUBLIX, BEACH, DOWNTOWN, DONUTS, COFFEE, BREAKFAST, DETWILERS FARM MARKET, and much more.
