Luxury apartment (renovated 2015) with panoramic views of sea, beach promenade and mountains. Very close to the beach (80m). Very intensive cleaning and sterilisation as well we use UV light in all rooms for that COVID-19 has no chance.

Location:

Approximately 45 km from the Málaga Airport, located in the center of Torre del Mar with all shops for daily needs and many different bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Only 80m away from the beach promenade. At the 9th floor.

Tilat olivat juuri sopivat meidän kokoiselle ryhmälle. Kannattaa tutkia viimeisen huoneen ilmastointilaite (missä kaksi erillistä sänkyä). Lapsista toinen sai todella kovan reaktion ja tuli kipeäksi. Tällä lapsella on ollut altistus homeeseen pari vuotta sitten.

Super schöne und saubere Wohnung mit toller Lage. Wir waren mit zwei Kindern (6+2) 9 Tage zu Besuch. Alles war wirklich gut. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ausgezeichnete Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist gut beschrieben und sehr gut ausgestattet. Offenbar wisssen die Vermieter wirklich genau, was man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht. Der Empfang war herzlich und es war ein wohltuender Kontrast zu den meisten derartigen Domizilen, vor allem, wenn sie von einer Agentur vermietet werden. Es ist auch sehr beruhigend, die Vermieter am Ort zu wissen für den Fall, dass mal etwas nicht funktioniert. Wir als alte Leute haben die herrliche Aussicht genossen. Bei den kühlen Wintertagen unseres Aufenthalts war es auch wichtig, dass die Heizungen gut funktionierten. Zweimal traten Probleme auf, für die die Vermieter nichts konnten, einmal an einem Heizgerät und einmal am Aufzug. Die Vermieter haben unverzüglich dafüär gesorgt, dass die Probleme gelöst wurden. Danke!

Es war alles sauber und perfekt eingerichtet. Der Strand ist näher als es auf den Fotos erscheint. Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke. Die Gastgeber sind hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Sie machen auch den Transfer vom/zum Flughafen. Restaurants (Fisch und Meeresfrüchte) in der Nähe alle zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Above and beyond

Katja and Helmut went above and beyond to help keep us safe and comfortable during the corona virus crisis. When we were concerned that we might get stranded with no place to stay, they assured us we could remain in their apartment as long as necessary. When we needed to leave for the airport rather abruptly, they gave us a ride and provided masks, gloves, and sanitizer to use while traveling. It was very important to us to have so much support, as we were on our own in another country at a very difficult period. We are very appreciative of the help we received from Katja and Helmut and can think of no better testimony of how great they are as hosts. It also happens that their perfectly located apartment is beautiful and comfortable, to the point we would have been happy to ride out the storm right there (especially considering the incredible view of the Mediterranean from the balcony) if events had not changed so quickly and drastically.

Unsere schöne Zeit in Torre del Mar

Wir haben lange gezögert, eine Ferienwohnung über das Internet zu buchen, weil wir den Fotos die meistens gezeigt werden nicht wirklich getraut haben und vorab gestellte Fragen an Vermieter oder Agenturen zur jeweiligen Immobilie, eher nüchtern als einladend beantwortet wurden. Der direkte Kontakt zu Katja und Helmut weckte in uns die Vorfreude auf den Urlaub die bei der Ankunft und während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht enttäuscht wurde. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und so geschmackvoll eingerichtet wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen. Die Lage ist für alle Art von Urlaub hervorragend, für Langzeiturlauber (Winterflüchtlinge wie in unserem Fall) als auch für Strandurlauber. Katja und Helmut haben uns mit guten Tipps versorgt, der Kontakt in der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes war wie unter Freunden. Wohnung, Umgebung und Vermieter sind mit 5 Sternen nicht übertrieben bewertet.

Vielen Dank!

Sehr umsichtige Vermieter haben dafür gesorgt, dass wir einen schönen Urlaub in Torre del Mar verlebt haben. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wunderschön und alles was man braucht ist in der fußläufigen Umgebung zu finden: Das schöne Meer und der Strand, Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurants, Busse, ... Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Vielen Dank an Katja und Helmut!

Traumhafter Urlaub in perfekter Strandlage

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Es lief alles problemlos ab, da Katja sich unglaublich gut gekümmert hat. Wir bekamen viele Tipps und haben dadurch einen tollen Urlaub verbringen können. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen! Herzlichen Dank an Katja :-) Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und luxuriös. Es war sehr sauber und alle Gegenstände des täglichen Alltags waren vorhanden. Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf die Costa del sol war traumhaft, da hat sich sogar das frühe Aufstehen gelohnt. Auch von Vorteil waren die Rollos, dadurch hatten unser Sohn, sowie der Sohn der anderen Familie mit der wir dort waren kein Problem, den Mittagsschlaf gut behütet zu überstehen! Wir können die Ferienwohnung absolut weiterempfehlen. :-)

Beste Katja en Helmut, Wij hebben enorm genoten van het verblijf in jullie appartement. Mooi uitzicht op de zee en strand. Alles was zeer goed in orde, vriendelijk ontvangst, en een super service. Zeker een aanrader.

Wonderful clean, modern and well equipped property with stunning views towards Caleta and Torrox.

The owners welcomed us with gifts and a tour of the property so we knew how everything worked. Helmut even came and with amazing skill fixed the TV so we could watch our favourite English programmes. When it rained Katya gave us ideas of what we could do for entertainment. They are the nicest people you could ever meet and went out of their way to give us a good holiday. Their mission is to give everyone a wonderful holiday so whatever your needs they will do their best to help. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We felt so at home in the apartment we were happy to spend time on cooler days enjoying the rest and the fantastic views. All together a wonderful holiday. Thank you Katja and Helmut

Luxury Flat

Vielen Dank Katja & Helmut. Wir haben uns in eurer Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und selten haben wir eine so saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung vorgefunden. Der 180-Grad-Blick aus dem 9. Stock auf Meer UND Berge ist einfach wunderschön. Der Saugroboter hat zuverlässig für einen sandfreien Boden gesorgt ;). Die Tapas-Bar ‚Jorgis’ ist nur einen Steinwurf von der Wohnung entfernt und sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
