Vashon Retreat , AC unit, walk to Ferry!

Welcome to Vashon Island! A quick walk from the ferry finds you at your private 1 acre oasis. Melt away your stress in the hot tub, or on the Peloton, if exercise is your stress buster. Leave the traffic behind and enjoy all the views first hand with the use of a pair of electric bicycles ( need 1 week notice to use and 25 per day) or walk to the beach by the ferry to enjoy the breathtaking views from the water.
The space
The living area boasts beautiful picture windows to enjoy the flora and fauna, high open ceiling and a cozy wood stove for chilly evenings. There is one bedroom on the second floor with a king bed, two bedrooms downstairs with a queen and full bed. One downstairs bedroom has an en suite bath. Full airy kitchen with all appliances, tools, pots and dishes. There is no cable tv so if you want to watch something bring your laptop, charger and you can connect to internet or your subscriptions. If you want to use ebike that is an add on ( 25 a day and one week advance notice or an agreement with me). Also please put toys and items back where you find them. The cleaning fee covers basics but it is not a resort with maid service so no food in bedrooms please. This is a house and please leave it as you find it and be respectful. Dogs are welcome but not on the furniture or beds. Please make sure they are clean and dry before entering the house. Thanks!

There is one locked storage room, but you'll have the rest of the house to yourself.
Other things to note
There is a tiny house that is on the other side of the driveway and several storage sheds that guests do not have access to. The Tiny house is on a separate lot and not part of this property. The driveway is shared with the Tiny house and is private property and not seen from this property.
