View over the countryside where I come from - a small village named Vartofta, located about 220km to the east of Gothenburg in Västergötland. An area mostly famous for the ancient stone- and bronze age findings (graves, jewlery, pottery), the birds of lake Hornborga and of course its many churches. What I like about this off-the-beaten-path area is mostly the landscape. Crop fields in different sizes and colors, green hills, thick forests. It all makes a perfect place to wander off and just relax and enjoy the nature. If ever coming to the south/west of Sweden, give me a shout and I'll give you some tips - or, if I'm not out travelling, I might even show you around the area! 😊 #panorama #iphone #sweden

A beautiful day at home! A small village called Vartofta, in Västra Götaland, located in-between the two largest lakes of Sweden (just some 120km to the east of Gothenburg). Besides a beautiful landscape - with trekking, hiking, cycling and skiing opportunities - you will find picturesque lakes and rivers, rune stones, churches, graves and other things dating all the way back to the stone age. It is an off-the-beaten-path area which is best seen during a road trip - with a car or perhaps even a bicycle. #iphone #sweden

Lugar encantador. Buenas vista. Edificio de epoca muy cuidado. Pero en 3 dias no nos hicieron la cama ni una silla vez. Tampoco nos cambiaron las toallas. Se lo dije en recepción y me dijo que enviaria a una compañera pero nada... El restaurante muy bueno. Desayuno muy bueno. Aunque la fruta fresca ...
