"It was okay experience but the AC temperature in the room was not right and set to 27C. We complained 3 times , eventually they did changed the room but it was awful at night as the temperature stayed at 25C and couldn’t adjust to low any further. Apart from that breakfast was good and swimming pool ..."

"缺點： 1.凌晨辦理入住櫃檯人員英文溝通較不通順，當日被告知系統當機，等了一陣後順利入住，之後入住期間因故需改其他張信用卡付款，過程很不順利，雖然櫃台人員一直有確認能不能改，但還是花了幾天時間才順利改信用卡付款， 以及到了最後一天才拿到發票（因被告知系統無法列印出正確的資料，中間花了幾天時間在等發票） 2.住宿期間到餐廳吃早餐時被告知己退房，被要求到櫃台確認，最後確認是系統錯誤，才能再到餐廳用餐，內部系統似乎不完善？ 以上不確定是不是內部系統問題導致整個入住過程不是很順利 優點： 1.客戶乾淨，設備完善，房內提供的相關用品都很足夠。 2.地點非常好，大樓外就是公車及電車站牌，離展館也非常近，到巿中心或是中央車站都很便利 ..."
