## Logement
The apartment can accommodate 2 people. It is composed of a living space with a sofa bed; a fully equipped kitchen (microwave oven and hotplates); and a clean shower room. It is located on the 2nd floor without elevator.
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

The studio is ideally located in the city center, close to various bars, restaurants, shops and sites of interest!
For your daily shopping, you will find a "MONOPRIX" and a "Carrefour City", respectively at the bottom of the apartment and at a 4 minutes walk.

Visit the city on foot and discover must-sees such as: the Ramparts at 4 minutes; the Château de l'Hermine at 6 minutes; the historic center at the foot of the building; the Porte Saint-Vincent at 5 minutes; the Port of Vannes at 13 minutes, the Etang de Duc at 15 minutes.
You can also go on an adventure and discover the surroundings! The Regional Natural Park of the Gulf of Morbihan is 12 minutes away by car; the beach of Conleau is 15 minutes away; the Nature Reserve of the Marshes of Séné is also 16 minutes away; and many others...

Vannes is a city of art and history, situated at the gateway to the Gulf of Morbihan, in southern Brittany, on the Marle estuary. You can start by admiring the medieval ramparts, which are among the best preserved in Brittany, and which offer a charming walk along the Garenne, a path that runs alongside them, punctuated by gardens and pretty wash houses. After discovering the port, with its tree-lined quays, including the Quai de la Rabine, go through the 17th century Porte Saint-Vincent, which was built to link the port and the historic district: you enter the old town through a street lined with old buildings, private mansions and half-timbered houses. Go up to the Place des Lices where the 1912 covered market awaits you. Dedicated to food products, they welcome you on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sunday mornings, as well as on Saturdays all day long. As for events, the Fêtes historiques de Vannes is celebrated in mid-July. Très bonne localisation

Une bonne localisation, en plein centre ville de Vannes. Accessibilité facile à beaucoup choses si on est sans voiture. Il faut juste ne pas avoir le sommeil léger
