This beautiful upper-level 4-bedroom unit is designed for your comfort and has a great ambiance that invites you to relax.
You will find everything you need to feel at home and enjoy your time in Vancouver in a comfy space.
It's conveniently located on Main St. You will be between the YVR Airport and Vancouver Downtown.
Within walking distance, you can find convenience stores, local restaurants and a pharmacy.

The property is shared with a dwelling unit with a separate entrance, where long-term tenants live. They are the most respectful and quiet.

The downstairs unit is rented out to long term tenants that have access to your living space without the ability to lock that access. When questioned about this the host confirmed this was the case and said "the door serves as an emergency exit... We have had the same tenants for a few years so they know that. They only use the door on the side."So I'm just supposed to trust my families safety and our belongings with people Ive never met before?VRBO's policy states: properties listed on VRBO must include a secured entry to the guests rental space that must not be accessed through the hosts living space. This entry must also have a lock controlled solely by the guest (such as a deadbolt) to controll access to the unit.We requested a refund as this situation goes against policy but the host pushed back saying "no one has had a problem with this before" the host also changed the title of property from "spacious house located on main st" to "spacious uper-level unit" and tried to insist that we should have known by the title that the was a bottom unit that could have access. While talking to VRBO's support they confirmed that they could see the title was changed after booking and that this is not the first time someone has had an issue with this host.Looking back on reviews I can confirm that the host has not fixed any of the issues listed. Couches are dirty, water damage in paint, and shelfs are still falling off.This host does not care about their guests just the money.

The house needs a deep cleaning, the overhead fans are disgusting as well as the bathroom fans. The dust bunnies under the beds have been there along time, the baseboards need to be cleaned as well. The kitchen is very short of silverware, not enough forks for 6 people, no teaspoons. A better frying pan would be great. New sheets or better quality sheets would be lovely. Facecloths would have been very appreciated! The window blind is broken in the master bedroom so you can’t close it and must get dressed or undressed in the bathroom!! Instructions on where to put the garbage maybe a garbage bin clearly marked for upstairs.

Host was easy to get in touch with. Due to miscommunication cleaners had not come before we arrived. Host ensured this was completed and we were compensated for the issue. Walkable neighborhood. Location was good, could easily drive or uber into downtown. Could use some updates furniture is well worn and fixing things that are already broken such as the towel holder in the bathroom.

Our stay was amazing but we didn't like that the person staying downstairs had access to our spaces. There was no separate entrance to the house. The person could enter our space when we were not there without us knowing. There were a lot of holes in the walls but other than that the house was pretty nice. The host was very friendly and helpful.Located in a nice area. There was a park a few blocks from the house. Only 10 minutes away from downtown Vancouver. Lots of restaurants and shop in the area.

We didn't use the kitchen other than glasses for water and the refrigerator for keeping milk cold. The couches had covers but the cushions were not very clean. The floors are beautiful but needed to be mopped badly. The parking was a bit difficult due to the available parking being on the side of a very busy road. I would recommend not using scented laundry detergent for anything in the rental. We had bad reactions to the fragrance.

Where shall I begin.No checkout instructions. I stripped the bedsheets to be polite and discovered a bloodstain on one pillow and that another was completely yellow. It’s not pee I hope? Just an old pillow that has yellowed from use. The green lawn you see in the images provided by the owner - those are weeds. The refrigerator ice and water dispensers are broken. Not the end of the world, they do leave a bag of ice in the freezer. They store baking sheets in the oven so thank God I thought to check before I turned it onPoor remodel and decoration - everything. Like everything - is crooked The outlet in the second (smalller) bathroom is nonfunctional Shower head is falling apart We barely touched a table - were trying to move it and it fell apart. Several previous attempts at gluing it back together clearly visible, at least three bolts fellNo fire extinguisher as advertised No first aid kit Questionable neighborhood and trash everywhere out of the poorly remodeled home As many bedrooms as advertised. Gross.

We had issues with the overall condition of the house and items not present for our use. The managers were difficult to reach; however, after reaching out to VRBO customer service, Pablo did respond and actually came over to address our concerns. The following evening he delivered the missing items, etc. He did his best to deal with the situation, albeit too late in our stay. The house needed overall TLC. However, Pablo's response to our comments brought about some of the needed changes.

The house has so much potential! Nice size and the room are great. Big kitchen that has a ton of storage however a couple of the cupboard doors are starting to fall off. The kitchen table, a glass table, was foggy as I believe it was wiped with a dirty cloth. We took some dish soap and water and cleaned it. The baseboards had a large amount of build up and the slip covers on the furniture were dirty. With a little TLC and a ton of cleaning this place could be amazing!

The check in was seamless, and the location was excellent. Lots of convenient amenities in the neighborhood (walkable groceries, restaurants). The AC was not functioning when we were there so the house was quite stuffy (in early Aug). The house was basic, but comfortable with lots of space.

Very Disappointing Rental

Property needs to be taking care of. Arriving at this property was a huge disappointment. Holes in the walls,Shelves and towel racks coming off of the walls. Stains all over the couches kitchen chairs( along with broken springs)and rug.To the point no one wanted to sit on them . Sheets and towels are poor quality and heavy wearThe weeds and grass is taller than the height of the fence. Paying 3800.00 for a six day stay thinking VRBO would protect us we felt betrayed and had no alternative but to stay. Our last stay with VRBO was excellent and thought VRBO had a high standard that needs to be reached but apparently not .

Nice big bright house

I enjoyed rooms, clean and comfortable, they had all necessities in the kitchen, including oil and salt, sugar. What I missed is folia and I definitely should take some boxes to keep food with me. Good location as per transport, it goes from every 5 min to 15 ans later to 30 min. Easy to navigate and stop is near the house. Almost straight to Stanley park. Shopping area is other side still same route. A little noisy at night if to open windows so we had to close themI would recommend it really as we all had space tho my family is 7 people.
