    Welcome to this cozy retreat nestled within the walls of a charming war-era home! This inviting 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom Airbnb promises a delightful blend of historic character and modern comfort for your stay in Vancouver. Transit close by and a cute coffee shop below the apartment with a major grocery a block away. Well-behaved pets allowed. Safe and secure!



    The Space:

    As you step through the front door, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting spacious atmosphere, with tasteful decor that pays homage to the home's heritage.



    Our space has a large King bedroom and a Queen bedroom, both with blackout curtains and ample closet space and dressers.



    The living room invites relaxation, with the ability to accommodate 2 additional guests (totalling 6 guests). Rest assured you can unwind after a day of exploring the city or catch up on your favourite shows on the flat-screen Smart TV with Wifi. We have also provided a functional desk so you can work from home.



    The kitchen is recently updated with modern amenities, featuring ample space to prepare delicious meals. Whip up your culinary creations using the provided cookware and utensils, then gather around the large dining table to enjoy a memorable meal with your loved ones.



    Off the kitchen, you'll find a quaint covered back porch that is shared with the neighbour's unit, where you can sip your morning coffee or enjoy a leisurely afternoon in the sunshine as it is south facing.



    Conveniently located just minutes from major grocery stores, liquor store and bus stops, and even a cute coffee shop below it, our Airbnb offers easy access to all the excitement Vancouver has to offer. An absolute vibe, beds were super comfy. The cafe is delicious! I highly recommend if you want a chill stay, close to basically everything Vancouver has to offer.

Mackenzie was super helpful and very accommodating. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed ;)) and we LOVED the coffee shop and cafe below the unit and the walkability to the grocery store. Very nostalgic place to stay!

Good location next to airport. Close to great breakfast cafe. Close to grocery store. Close to train. Easy street parking.

The whole suite was fully equipped - full kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and absolutely charming! I do not hesitate to divulge that I am OCD and extremely impressed! The neighborhood foot traffic is quiet, the street is litterally clean. Grocery store well within walking distance, very suitable for family and friends that enjoy a peaceful stay

Charming character home. Host was communicative and helped with check in. At the time of my stay none of the windows were able to open so there was a slight muskiness to the space due to lack of air flow/ventilation and the building’s age. The bath tub has a large area of peeling paint/finish on one side that is not visible in the photos. Bed was comfortable. Space is nice and quiet. Very cute cafe downstairs.

Close to airport and an easy drive up to the U of BC campus. Lovely charm in the unit with an awesome bathtub! Lots of space of everyone in our family. It is on a busier street so the traffic was constant and a long flight of stairs so not accessible. Overall a lovely stay and host was easy to connect with.

清潔でとても良かったです 下の音と車の音が少々気になりましたが問題ないです オーブンを使うと火災報知器が反応してしまいますが手動でリセットできるのでこちらも問題ないです 2日間の滞在でしたがあと何日か滞在したいと思いました ありがとうございました^ ^

Amazing Weekend Rental

We rented the apartment for three nights. Had a fantastic stay. Checked in without having to meet anyone, very spacious, clean, and accurate to the listing photos. Very old building with creaky floors, but tons of character. Great communication with the building manager. Highly recommend and I hope this unit is available next time I need to rent.

Mix of old and new

The decor was excellent, old building with new appliances and decor. There was road construction so traffic was a mess, not the fault of anyone, just an ongoing thing in Van. Road noise was bad.

We liked that the property was big enough to accommodate 6 as advertised. It was close to restaurants and commercial establishments. Towels were clean and kitchen and bathrooms were well supplied; We didn't like that it had long stairs, parking was on the street although we were lucky getting a spot close to the property during our stay; we could hear cars going by; creaky floors; musty smells permeated around. We also found a mouse trap behind the bed, though we didn't see any mice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this charming space and the host was genuinely interested in our comfort. We knew that the third bed was in the living room and a pullout couch and that it did not have AC. What we did not realize was that room also did not have windows that could open. Unfortunately we were in town for one very warm day/night. This is most certainly beyond the hosts control! I would stay again.
