ELCIELO was a wonderful stay, and the El Poblado location is hard to beat. La Provenza, restaurants, nightlife, and parks are all within easy walking distance, and Ubers are readily available. Our room was clean, comfortable, and incredibly restful. I slept very well! Snacks and beverages were consistently replenished, and the spa service was well worth it. Our only room challenge was traveling with our son. We could not book two separate beds, so an additional bed was placed in the room, making it a bit tight with the king-size bed. We did have an issue with the air conditioning. We noticed water on the floor beneath the unit, and another morning we were awakened at 5:51 AM by dripping water. I contacted the concierge immediately, and it was addressed by the end of the day. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. We also did the ELCIELO Michelin-star dining experience. It is pricey, but the food was delicious. The yuca bread was my favorite, although it was so filling that finishing the full experience with wine pairings was a challenge! Overall, we really enjoyed ELCIELO. It is clean, comfortable, beautifully located, and an excellent home base for exploring Medellín. I would definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was very clean, neat, and beautifully decorated. The interior has a lovely atmosphere, and the staff was extremely attentive, warm, and always willing to help. From the moment we arrived, Jorge made the check-in process very smooth and welcoming. During the night shift, Ludwing was incredibly attentive and polite. Whenever we needed towels, something to eat, or any other assistance, he was always there to help. The complimentary breakfast was also a great addition to our stay. Walter B. was wonderful during breakfast—always greeting us with a beautiful smile and making us feel very welcomed. Rosiris, at the front desk, was also very attentive and helpful whenever we needed anything. The location is excellent. It’s in a nice, quiet neighborhood while still being within walking distance of Provenza, where you’ll find plenty of restaurants, pharmacies, spas, massages, and other places to enjoy. It’s very convenient for exploring the tourist areas of Medellín. If there were one thing I would suggest improving, it would be adding a little more privacy to the bathroom area, as the room has a very open-concept design. For travelers sharing a room, a bit more separation would make the stay even more comfortable. Other than that, we truly enjoyed our experience. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is attentive, and the location is very convenient. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again on my next visit to
