Rustic 1 bd, 1 ba Cabin at Waitts Lake Resort!

Summary:
A small rustic and romantic cabin nestled in the upper hillside of the new Waitts Lake Resort. Surrounded by small trees to give you privacy but still allows for a spectacular lake view! Perfect for a couple looking for a romantic getaway or a small family retreat away from the daily grind. This cabin offers our guests a warm and cozy feel with lots of modern amenities! As a guest of the resort you will also have access to our new rec room, and outdoor activities area!

The Space:
Take in the fresh mountain air while sitting out on the covered porch! This cozy cabin is the perfect place for some rest and relaxation. The unique space offers our guests the rustic experience of a country cabin but includes lots of modern amenities for that comfortable home away from home feel. A short stroll down the road brings you to beautiful Waitts Lake where you can enjoy the resort's sandy beach and swimming area as well as several docks for great fishing! Access to the resort's private boat launch is also available during your stay. Please keep in mind that this location does not include Wi-Fi and cell signals can be spotty. BOOK NOW!

Guest Access:
Parking is available next to the cabin for your vehicle and boat trailer if needed. Only 2 vehicles are permitted per guest stay. After your booking is confirmed, please reply back with the license plate numbers of the vehicle(s) that will be there during your stay.

For those guests that want to bring a boat to the lake please know there is $20 dollar per day boat launch and mooring charge. It is collected by cash, check, or payment app that starts with a V from the local resort host.

The Neighborhood:
This unit is part of the new Waitts Lake Resort. This unit will share all resort amenities at no additional cost. Quiet time for the resort is from 11pm to 8am so please be respectful to your neighbors.

Other Things to Note:
For those guests that want to bring a boat to the lake please know there is $20 dollar per day boat launch and mooring charge. It is collected by cash, check, or Venmo from the local resort host.
We provide starter sets of basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. It will be the guest's responsibility to replace if any of these items run out during your stay. Generally there is plenty and this usually only impacts long term rentals.

Interaction with Guests:
We do not live onsite, however, the resort is managed by a camp host that can address any immediate issues or concerns. Any additional assistance can be obtained by reaching out via phone or text message.

Exceeded expectations

The cabin is very well-constructed and absolutely clean. "Rustic" in appearance, but with modern appliances and a wonderful bathroom shower. Pots & pans, dishes, utensils -- everything is provided if you're cooking. The bed is really comfortable. Very quiet, though I realize I was there in the slow season -- nearly all of the nearby mobile home slots were empty. About a three-minute walk down to the lake. Cell phone reception is spotty for checking email, but I wasn't there for that anyway. Overall, an excellent getaway.

Beautiful cabin near the lake

We had a great time at the cabin. It is modern, clean, and beautiful. There is a pull out sofa that is actually soft. There are all the amenities for cooking that one would needs. It is a short walk from the lake/beach and has beautiful views. We had a great time and will Definitely book again.

Waitts Lake resort

The resort where the cabin is located is very nice. They have remodeled the swim area. We did not spend much time there as we were mainly at our family reunion which was down the street. The cabin was new. It was perfect for 2 people . Might be crowded for 4 as the living area is small. Nice few of the lake. In the future it will be surrounded by RV trailers which might lead to alot more noise and traffic . It was very quiet while we were there

Perfect getaway!

Perfect little cabin for the family. Beach is amazing for swimming and little kids. Private dock for your boat and plenty of parking. Boat launch is a little rocky so be careful and be sure to track down blankets and linens when you check in. We didn’t and noticed there wasn’t any until 9pm and had to wait until morning to contact someone. Also the resort is under construction so if you don’t mind that it’s perfect. We didn’t notice cause we took advantage of the perfect beach. We are booking again for next month!

My wife and I take an annual ski trip and always include 49 Degress North as one of the ski areas. We’ve stayed here before and very much enjoyed it. Not too far from the area and very clean and private. We will be back.

Great little cabin

Beautifully finished and furnished cabin. Very cozy. We loved our stay here. Only one complaint: the bedroom and bathroom have wall heaters, but there’s no heater in the main room, and we had trouble staying warm while sitting on the couch. So, we went to town and bought a space-heater to take off the chill.

Perfect Snowy Cabin Getaway

We had such a wonderful time and experience while staying at the cabin! The communication, check-in process, etc., and everything in between was great. The cabin was so cozy, clean and comfortable. It felt brand new! The property manager messaged me and asked if we needed anything while we were there, and I think that made the experience even better. We would highly recommend staying here. My spouse and I would definitely stay again!

Secluded, cozy and an awesome kitchen!

We loved being close to home yet cozy and secluded enough to feel like a vacation. The bed was super comfy with high end sheets. Lots of hot water and the kitchen was AWESOME! We cooked from scratch with style. We will be back.

Great base camp for hunting

Sweet little cabin that I used for nearby hunting up in the Huckleberry mountains. Everything was spotless and new. The kitchen is well appointed with nearly everything you might need to cook a meal from scratch. Jerry and Natasha were exceptional hosts. Definitely stay there again
