"No water pressure in the shower"

"Great hotel. We stayed here once on our way from NY to FL and loved it so much we made it a point to stay again on our way back from FL to NY. The staff are absolutely amazing, super friendly, helpful and very welcoming, Jayden was particularly nice and he always greeted us with a big smile which really helps make your day. The rooms are well maintained and very clean. The location is great since it is just a few minutes off I-81, located just behind a plaza offering multiple restaurants and...

"Everything was good."

"Spent the weekend with my grandkids, staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was convenient and had enough variety for the four of us to get something we wanted. The indoor pool was a plus."

"Staff was very friendly and hotel was close to restaurants and gas stations"

"Excellent go to place when we travel to Connecticut. Always great....even this time. However, they are in the middle of a renovation so things are a bit out of sorts. No breakfast but they are giving a voucher for the place next door. Good place for a quiet nights sleep."

"The hot tub was under maintenance and only 1 elevator was working."

"The room was clean, staff was friendly, and breakfast was delicious. I only have 1 request. Cinnamon rolls. My daughters love them!"

The heat pump in the room wasn’t functioning correctly. It would never satisfy the thermostat so the air ran continuously."

"Booked a suite but day of they called and said only had a regular room available. Breakfast is decent, but hot options (eggs, sausage) only on weekends. Room isn’t cleaned every day, which is fine, but had to ask for washcloths and coffee (don’t have any). Room ok but peeling paint, generally dingy and needs upgraded. Cockroach in bathroom one night. Noisier than other hotels - from hallway. Door don’t seem to block much noise. Of approximately 10 hotels we have stayed in last 10 years,...

"The hotel was very clean. The staff was extremely helpful, we had an issue with our toilet and somebody immediately came up and fixed it."
