Feel the freedom to explore all 40 acres of our stunning compound—hike the trails and take in the scenery! We simply ask that you respect the privacy of other guests by not entering or going near the other private homes on the ranch.

We are just a phone call away if any issues arise. While no on lives on site, we have a small team available should something come up.

With a total of seven homes on the ranch, these central spots are shared among guests, creating a vibrant, friendly atmosphere. If you wish to reserve the turf, courts, or pool area for private use/events, please inquire about booking options! We simply ask that everyone be courteous and kind to fellow guests—let`s keep the good vibes flowing!
Guardian Ranch House Rules

We’re excited to host you! A few simple guidelines to keep your stay safe and enjoyable:

•Respect & Quiet: Be mindful of our neighbors. Quiet hours start at 10 PM.
•No Parties: Events are only allowed if the event center is booked.
•Safety: Please keep doors closed (mountain critters love to wander in!).
•No Smoking Inside: You may smoke outside in designated areas.
•Guests Only: Only registered guests allowed. Extra guests are $50 per person/night.
•Check-Out: 10 AM sharp. Unapproved late check-outs are $75 per 30 minutes.
•Bathrooms: Please only flush toilet paper.
•Lost Items: We can ship belongings back for the cost of shipping + $50 handling.
•Fees: Smoking indoors = $300 fee.
