Fantastic condo close to the Gondola

Easy parking and on site property management. The unit is some what dated but you can't beat the location in the middle of Lionshead. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in apartment 109 and the experience was very disappointing. The sound insulation is extremely poor — you can hear every step from the upstairs unit, making it impossible to rest or sleep. We barely got any rest during our vacation. This is not a minor inconvenience but a serious issue that affects the basic habitability of the apartment. We reported the problem during our stay and were told there were no units available without neighbors above, despite the property not being full due to cancellations caused by the lack of snow. The only option offered was to move to a higher-category unit and pay the difference, which we found unacceptable given that the issue comes from the building itself. Unacceptable for the price paid. Would not recommend.

Had a great time and would highly recommend my only complaint is that the shower spout diverter in the bathtub didn’t function properly. The shower still had a decent amount of pressure, but there was a lot of water wasted, and this should be addressed.

The condo was clean and bed very comfortable. In addition the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and gave us an additional parking pass for a friend that visited from Denver. Hot tob and heated pool were a great bonus along with the new ski lockers at the entrance of the condo to drop off all your ski equipment.

Excellent location

This was a great location for a Spring Break ski condo for my son and his buddies. Condo was dated but clean and spacious with plenty of space for 4. Large 1st floor fenced patio/deck gave them someplace to leave their gear overnight. Kitchen was well appointed and they had no issues cooking all their meals at home. Nice outdoor pool and hot tub with a short walk to the gondola.

Perfect Location

Good experience

The condo was nice, clean and had new appliances and the location was great, with easy and convenient access to the Lionshead gondola and Vail Village shuttle bus. We especially liked the newly remodeled hot tub and pool. We made use of the underground parking and the lockers for our skis. The staff was friendly and helpful, we enjoyed our experience and it was a good value.

Great Vail Stay

Ski in / Ski out! Walk to the lift in just a few minutes. Located right in Lionshead village. Check in process was smooth and professional. The renovated outdoor hottub and heated pool is great after a day on the slopes. Room was super clean and just as depicted. Daily room service was a nice surprise. We would come back
