We understand that work or personal tasks may require attention even during your vacation. That`s why we`ve provided an exclusive private office within the top floor bedroom Suite - offering dedicated workspace tailored to your needs. Reliable Wi-Fi throughout ensures seamless connectivity throughout the entire property.
Laundry won`t be a hassle during your stay, as the home features a convenient stackable washer and dryer! You`ll find it easily accessible to ensure your laundry needs are met effortlessly.
**Important Notice:** This charming mountain home is located on a hillside, complete with an inclined driveway. We make sure to plow the driveway daily; however, it can become icy occasionally. During snowstorms, 4WD or AWD is essential for safely accessing the driveway. We encourage you to exercise caution while navigating and remain vigilant for any ice that may fall from roofs, patios, and other surfaces. Thank you for your understanding!
Parking is available for one car in the garage, and two additional vehicles may be parked side by side in front of the garage. Please be sure not to block the entry driveway or the neighboring house. Thank you for your cooperation!

To keep the living areas clutter-free, we kindly request that equipment and gear be stored outside of the main entrance closet or garage. Our exterior closet is equipped with ski racks and carefully organized to accommodate your winter sports equipment. Feel free to indulge in some outdoor fun using the sleds and snowshoes provided for your enjoyment.
Convenience is at your fingertips with easy access to public transportation just steps from the home. To catch the Sandstone Bus Route (purple), simply turn right from the house towards Vail View Drive, where the bus stop awaits to take you on your adventures.
**Please note:** Walk down the driveway, turn left, and head towards Vail View Drive. Turn right and continue to the bus stop located on the opposite side of the street. Wait for the bus to arrive, and then cross the street. Remember, there is no designated stop on this side of the street.
