This cozy 1800 sqft villa truly has character and charm. It is located within Grizzly Jack's Grand Bear Lodge and is perfect for get together and family vacations. For the adventurers, Starved Rock's entrance is just a half a mile from the villa.

Amenities included 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that house 9 with a full-size washer and dryer, a patio and two balconies.The kitchen is complete with major appliances, a coffee maker, toaster, dinnerware, utensils, basic cookware and a breakfast bar, as well as a dining room.The Master Bedroom features a king size bed, pullout sofa, fireplace, television, walk-in closet, a private vanity, balcony and a whirlpool tub. The second bedroom has two queen size beds, two closets,TV and private balcony.

Our cabin is not part of the hotel pool at Grizzly Jack's resort and therefore we please ask our guests to not make inquiries at the resort reception desk since it's only for guests who are staying in one of the cabins managed by the hotel.

My villa is not affiliated with the lodge, therefore I DO NOT have waterpark passes for my guests.

Great space!

Pleasantly surprised at how much space the villa had! It worked perfectly for my family of five and had everything we needed for our two night stay. We enjoyed our trip and loved exploring the area.

Overall was a nice stay

Home was very spacious and had everything we needed. The listing says we can purchase tickets for the waterpark so our kids were really excited about that. However when we called they said they don’t sell tickets to outsiders on Saturday and Sunday was a hit or miss on getting any. That was a huge bummer as it was really all there was to do there. I wish that was noted somewhere on the listing.

Great get away

We had a great time in Utica. The townhouse is fantastic! It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was close to Starved Rock and there are some nice places to eat in the area. Definitely recommend this place!

Bigger and better than I expected.

I'm familiar with housing options at Starved Rock and this was quiet, private, clean, spacious, conveniently located and kept in good condition. The outfitted kitchen worked nicely and our host welcomed us with the Ring Door Bell when we were figuring out the lock. Very nice place that I would reserve again.

Great choice for overnights

This property had plenty of space, was in nice condition, quick access to Starved Rock park, and within the resort property was an easy walk to all of the amenities within Great Bear resort.

Great family weekend getaway

This was the perfect getaway for two families. We celebrated our son’s bday and everything was just perfect.,so perfect we just booked again for April for the next bday. I highly recommend booking this place.
