This space was awesome clean and convenient! Great location for the ice rink and Chris was amazing! We will definitely stay here again if there is another Utica tournament. Little falls is an awesome spot to visit too.

The apartment was very clean and tidy. The bathroom was roomy and nice. It was in a nice area and ae felt safe. We arrived very late at 1 am and could not get in the apartment. Christopher responded promptly and was able to get us in even with it being so late. I would have given 5 stars but we bought and prepared a big meal for dinner and found out the oven did not work and had to scrap all of it.

Came from Ohio to visit my mom. Booked this gem of a place! Just what I needed. Super clean, quiet, comfortable and very nicely stocked with everything needed, and then some! (the basket under the sink filled with essentials in case one forgot something was impressive) A plus for our host Chris, very prompt responses to any questions we had. I visit 2 -3 times a year and will definitely book again. The area is close to the mall and several restaurants. Great neighborhood.
