富良野滞在時によく利用しています。 居室はきれいで快適に過ごせ、天気のいい日は周囲の美しい景色が一望できます。 レンタカー利用の宿泊者が大半だとは思いますが、複数の駐車場が用意されており、必要に応じて駐車場へ送迎してくれるので、不便は感じません。

飯店設施維持很好，晚餐Buffet 水準很夠，流程有改進，人多時有控制入場。避免混亂，比去年進步許多。改用較小托盤，強化持續收拾桌面，反而使整個用餐的動線流程進步很多，用餐舒適感提升很多，值得嘉許。對一個已經開幕了38年的飯店（坦白講，要不是去泡湯時看到牆上的照片，我實在不知道這個飯店已經這麼久了，因為所有設施都維護得非常好，像才剛開幕三五年一樣），仍然持續提升服務，起來實在很棒。
