It may come the same day of the stay. Wagon has comfy bed, heater, coffee and tea makers. The bathroom is of course not in the wagon and is only a short 150 feet away. Very nice bathroom. Enjoy. Bonus - dark sky area and great view of Milky Way. "

The provided address led us in circles to unrelated private properties, and it would help to note that the cabin is located at the very back of an RV park. The listing described it as a 2-bedroom, 1-bath with a sofa bed, but it is actually a studio setup with one bed and a sofa bed. The bathrooms are in a separate building and require quarters to use the showers. This could be a nice stay for the right...

"Pretty views of the adjacent mountains. Close to the freeway made it convenient to get to all the local activities. We didn't use the coffee pot as it appeared to be in need of descaling due to of all the hard water."

"Perfect for a quick 2 night stay, as most of our time was spent outdoors. We have a family of five, and though it was a slightly tight space (but we knew that going into it and we brought an air nattress), it was still worth it due to excellent location to the national park. "

"The location was easy access to amazing attractions, such as the Capitol Reef National Park, Bentonite Hills, etc. The Granny Nook's was clean, had nice kitchen area, and having the washer and dryer onsite was a plus. The Duke's Slickrock Grill in Hanksville offered delicious American food choices for breakfast and dinner (we did try lunch)."
