"We really liked our stay here! Honestly the only complaint was with the pull out bed, it definitely needs to be upgraded/repaired. Thankfully our toddler was the one sleeping on it and fit in between where the bars jutted into the mattress uncomfortably, but there’s no way an adult could sleep there. Otherwise, everything was great. Having our own hot tub was amazing."

"We didn't even stay at the resort. Our room key wouldn't work and the staff tried multiple times and eventually had to use the master key. Once in the unit, it smelled terribly and had to have the host come. He agreed we needed to be moved but when we moved to a different unit it wasn't two beds like our original reservation and then when he called his boss to get us in a unit with two beds he refused. This in our opinion was unacceptable considering this was already over an hour and a half from...
