"We didn't even stay at the resort. Our room key wouldn't work and the staff tried multiple times and eventually had to use the master key. He agreed we needed to be moved but when we moved to a different unit it wasn't two beds like our original reservation and then when he called his boss to get us in a unit with two beds he refused.
