J'ai passé la première nuit dehors avec mon fils handicapé et j'ai appelé le numéro affiché mais personne ne répond ! Le code m'a été envoyé à 2h30mn et il était formé de 6 chiffres au lieu de 4 ce qui ne m'a pas permis d'accéder à la chambre et j'ai passé la nuit dehors.

Das Zimmer war nicht ordentlich geputzt, der Speisesaal war auch nicht sauber, es fehlt die Hälfte der Duschtür und ungemütliche Beleuchtung. Das Personal war aber sehr zuvorkommend und hat lösungsorientiert gearbeitet.

Jättefin lägenhet, stor och mycket rent. Jättebra sängar. Enda nackdelen var att det var väldig varmt. Vi hade ca 30 grader i lägenheten när vi kom. Fanns 2 fläktar, blev lite bättre efter kl 22. Annars hur fint som helst.
