"I simply like the room with direct access to the parking lot."

"Got in the elevator, pressed my floor, nothing happened, continued to press my floor and no response. Had to use the open button to get out. Had to use two different sets of stairs to get to the 7th floor. Room was nice but layout did not make sense, tv did not pull out to face the bed it could only be moved a bit to one side. Staff was incredible, very nice and helpful, just wasn't a fan of those two things having a small fear of elevators in the first place"

"Bus accessible, 30 min walk to the ferry along a very scenic route. Nothing fancy but it's clean, there's grocery and a pretty good breakfast spot close by. Livable/10."

"One of the female front desk staff was short and made me feel very embarrassed.i think she was if Eastern European decent . Possibly Ukrainian . She processed the wrong credit card for payment without asking me and it was denied. Which I knew it would be because I only have a $500 limit on that card for the purpose of being wrongly charged. It was only to hold the room. Her entire face and attitude changed like I was some kind of criminal. I gave her another card I actually wanted it on for...

"This property is true 5 star luxury hotel. From the moment you pull up and have your car valet parked, to check-in to extras being sent to the room (essential oil roll-on, and body cream) to turndown service and little facial wipes when you leave the wellness spa to the incredible service at the wellness spa and when we departed, the service was next level. We will be back."

"A very central location. Check-in was a bit tricky. There is no person to check you in. All by tablet. Read their pre-stay emails carefully. We used Expedia to book so make sure you have your Confirmation number ready....NOT the Expedia Itinerary number. Our room was nice and spacious and there is free use of the laundry facilities. You just need to bring your own soap. Would definitely stay here in the future."

"You have to oark a block away from the hotel The hotel requires a deposit that can only be paid with a credit card. No debit or virtual visa. The room was very expensive and very outdated. The furniture is old and the finish was coming off. The toilet didn’t flush properly. Not a good experience and I will not be back. I booked the room in December for $235/night but when I got there to pay for my reservation the price had gone up to $339/night."
