Your vacation home is located in the quiet Garbmühle neighborhood, near forest trails and hiking paths. There are two parking spaces right by the house, as well as the option to charge electric cars. A washing machine is also available, making the apartment ideal for longer stays. A massage chair is provided for your relaxation. The surrounding area offers well-marked biking and hiking trails, mountain bike tours, mountain huts serving food and drinks, mountain railways, Lake Wössner for swimming, a glider airfield with sightseeing flight options, and—for rainy days—museums and recreational pools in the nearby towns. Dogs are welcome. We charge 15 EUR per pet, per day. This amount can be paid in cash on site. Please note that the garden is not part of the vacation rental. The host family lives on the first floor and is available on-site to answer questions and provide assistance. The prices listed do not include the visitor’s tax of 2.00 EUR per person per night for adults aged 16 and older. Children aged 6 to 15: 1.00 EUR; children aged 0 to 5 are exempt from the visitor’s tax.

The large dining table provides plenty of space for shared meals or board games. Three balconies offer impressive mountain views in all directions. The exposed wooden ceiling and underfloor heating ensure a bright, cozy Alpine atmosphere year-round.
