"Having flown into Karachi for the first time, i had no idea what to expect from Pakistan or the hotel, thankfully Careem app knew where hotel was.
From there the reception was very friendly, with the woman on the desk speaking fluent English and being very helpful with all inquiries and requests.
Room itself was ok, bed was comfortable, had the basic amenities, table and power plugs. Bathroom wasn’t exactly a 5 star western hotel, but shower water pressure was great, and to be honest more...

"Despite informing the hotel that we would arrive at 2am, upon our arrival, we were told that our reservation could not be found. We provided proof of our booking through hotels.com, including the confirmation email, but were informed that the hotel was fully booked and no solution was offered.
We argued for two hours, but the staff insisted they could not assist us. We suspected the hotel had overbooked on purpose, and this was confirmed at 3:30am when a guest checked out. Five minutes later,...

"Pedí que me recogieran en el aeropuerto, me dijeron que llamara desde la recogida de equipaje que pasarían a recogerme, al llegar a las 7 de la mañana me dicen que no es posible, que coja un taxi ( no me gustan los taxis desconocidos por riesgo de secuestro).
La estancia resulta cara para estar situado en un país tan económico, pero es una buena opción especialmente por su nivel de seguridad,

"Love the hospitality of the staff. Cleanliness was very good, we had all the in house bed ware , cutlery, toiletries and etc well cleaned and hygienic. Property was well looked after, with cctv , all the amenities are well in excellent condition. The room rates and refunds were well economic i.e value for money!"

"Stayed in Sarawan Hotel, the hospitality in the Hotel was too good. I had a pleasant stay, as the bedroom was clean and comfortable. The bathroom were well maintained and cleaned. Thanks to Sina and Kashif. I will definitely recommend Sarawan Hotel , as its right in the city centre and near all the amenities of life!
Will give my stay a five star!

"This place is superb to stay I fell relax staff is kind and helpful. They are good in service. Comfortable beds and big rooms and there wifi speed is great. Breakfast was also good this place in also near to many malls and markits near by. Thanks to Expedia for giving us great opportunity to stay at great place. I would love to come back again and I recommend to this great place near to airport and it's value for money aswel"

"The property is situated on a tiny street with very limited space for parking. Misinformation about the rooms. Very small rooms with no space for visitors to sit. In addition to the 3700 rupees paid online,they charged me 2000 rupees extra to accommodate 2 adults even though they say it sleeps 3 people. There is no seating in the lobby and no space for eating in the room. So eat out. 😁 "

"Really good choice for Karachi Airport - should be the number 1 choice for the budget traveller. Basic but quiet and comfortable rooms. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Superb free airport transfer in the early hours in a large sedan car for the mile or so to Airport Departures.
