There was a disturbance with the fire alarm at 12:34am that last over an hour without any safety announcements nor updates from the overnight staff. Our impression is that the staff members are inadequately trained to uphold the standards of the Marriott enterprise."

"My experience at the front desk was very disappointing. The receptionist was rude and unwelcoming, which immediately set a negative tone for my stay. As a guest, I expect a basic level of courtesy and professionalism, especially from a brand like Marriott. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. I would not recommend this hotel based on the service I received, and I strongly believe staff should be better trained to treat guests with friendliness and respect!"

"I had to call prepery mulitple times. Unit door code provided was not setup, garage door was oppened the entired time, door communicating garage to lobby was unlacked all time, very unsecurete.."

Things that could have been better: more towels needed: only 2 bath towels/1 hand towel/towels very old/ no rug/ only shower liner/only small bottle of lotion & conditioner. 1 trash bag, no paper towels in kitchen, dish soap enough for 1 wash, pans need to be updated. Only 1 outlet on counter worked. Master bed mattress needs to be updated - roll to the middle - slept on sofa bed Plastic chairs in dining room. Garden...

"The room was somewhat clean. There were visible dried liquid staining under the couch and beside the toilet. The toaster was also unclean and the kitchen barely has any cookware."

"Horrible stay. There was no indication that you will share a bathroom with other people on your floor when making the reservation online. The AC was broken and we asked about it everyday if they could fix it or if they could give us a fan. There was no accompanying until the last night, the third night they moved us."

"The directions to check in were confusing. Upon entering the room, there was a dead lizard in the middle of the living room. It is listed as a sleeps 4, with a pull out couch. When trying to use the pull-out couch, there was debris, garbage under the bed and it was not clean at all. There were a few open parking spots, so we took what was available. The next morning we found out we parked in a residents spot. We stayed here to walk to loanDepot Park, but would rather pay more to stay somewhere...
